Come now Hassat this is a poll with less than 1500 responses. I doubt it is an effective measure of that. Sure europeans are into RPG's, sure the Wizardry license is held by a japanese company.... But let's not forget D&D was invented in America and Wizardy (as well as every other first person RPG) started in Canada/the US as well. Meanwhile I personally am from somewhere that is definitely not Sweden. It's been established many times on many places that role playing games have an easier time to be successful in Europe than anywhere else. They are usually also better received over here.

Completed The Banner Saga. I was having a great time until the final boss. I didn't have much difficulty downing the boss in the first encounter, but I could't defeat it in round two. My characters were simply not strong enough. (Or maybe my puny "strategic" brain didn't have what it takes. I didn't have many level 5 character because many of the people I trained decided to betray me, leave me or die on me. Ended up with lots of level 2-4 characters and maybe three level 5 characters that I really didn't want to use. After trying the battle over and over again for the last two and a half hours, I decided to lower the difficulty to easy, which of course posed no challenge at all. At least I got to see the ending. I plan to replay the game sometime but only focus on character I am fairly certain about making it to the end.

Can't wait to see what game they will reveal next month.

Did the crazy stuff happen in meetings? Was there a horse and a bald eagle? That would have made the meeting fun, ffs! I wish crazy stuff happened during our meetings! That would mean not falling asleep. Do a horsefaced person and lots of bald guys count? Also, there's no school next week. Gives us time for planning and more. I shouldn't say I hate planning, but I do!

The Banner Saga and Uncharted 3. Doing better in The Banner Saga. People don't die as often now. Pump up armor for some characters and then bring in your strength characters for the kill. Or cheese your way through with archers. I'm playing Uncharted 3 mostly for the visuals. I do like it better than the first and second games in the series.

It's really funny seeing only one athlete from some countries.

When will we learn about these stretch goals? It feels like it's time for them to be revealed, considering the game is planned to release sometime this year.

Darren Monahan confirmed there will be no uplay DRM for South Park: The Stick of Ttuth. Good news for those who were interested but did not want to buy because of UbiDRM.

That's great news. Happy we don't have to deal with Uplay.
