Ahh, coaxial network cables - the good stuff. Had those all over our house here from when we used them for our networking, I took down the last of them recently when we redid the roof. --- Spent the day helping my father tune his car, he upgraded his injectors from 800cc's to 1300cc. Simple logic would dictate that you'd only have to increase the fuel map some 60%, but no. That would be too easy, they've got totally different characteristics, so I've had to redo the entire fuel map. Then he wanted to map with E85 aswell, so that was another couple of hours of work - hammering away at the laptop keys while being terrified that the laptop would bluescreen again... We also speculate that the lambda sensor (O2 sensor) might be broken/damaged because the sensor fluctuates wildly in it's readings, so he's got to buy a new one and then we will go for another run to see if we get better readings. For now the car goes quite well, guesstimates would be about 400-430hp at the back wheels. Not bad output for a Volvo B230 (2.3L Inline-4) 8 valve with about 2.5 Bar pressure from the turbo. Last time we mapped the engine I had some trouble focusing on the engine map since I could see everything going on in my peripheral vision, so I decided to limit it today with a cap - this technique proved quite efficient! Adding in; Oh, also, on our way out we saw a throng of Asian people walking about, about a bussload. This was really surprising considering I barely see anyone out here, and then being swamped by tourists? I was shocked, I tell you!

I'll be honest, I can only stand the first thirty seconds or so before the sining starts. Love the music, don't like their vocals. I know what you mean, I'm mostly into power metal myself, but I love me some hair metal at times! Judas Priest, Helloween, Accept, Rammstein, Blind Guardian, Sonata Arctica, Stratovarius, Edguy, Eluveitie and many others. Don't have many coworkers that listen to metal, but then again the vast majority of them are muslim immigrants so I suspect they haven't had the exposure. It's good fun to see their faces when they listen to something like Nightwish the first time, haha!

We try ^^ Any black or death metal tends to do the job, having a ponytail and beard helps aswell. Slayers Reign in Blood is especially effective against hippies though, tried at a party and it worked like a charm. :D Atleast the cultists are well meaning, unless the scammers and such, there is that.

Yeah, I wonder what would've happened if his girlfriend (Same job, different districts but same way back to the loading dock) went by or their roommate wich has never thrown a punch his entire life. Yeah, when four people jump you you don't hold back and play "fair" or you might be just as bad or worse off. Doubtful the guy got permanently blinded though but his eye will probably look really nasty for a while. How is that possible? I thought only immigrants are capable of doing crime. I know, right! A friend of mine that delivers newspapers was attacked while working, 4 dudes jumped him and wanted to beat him up, for no reason but to feel manly we suppose. They were a bit tipsy but could handle themselves and my friend doesn't look like much - about 170cm's, glasses and a bit puffy. Little did they suspect that he could actually defend himself, when they started to outnumber him he pulled one guy to the ground and jammed his thumb into his eye, he screamed for help from his friends and two of them came running and started hitting and kicking my mate in the back. He kept pushing in his thumb until the guy on the ground stopped struggling. Then my mate pulled the next guy down and jammed his thumb into his eye and kept pushing until he felt something give way and the guy was screaming like a stuck pig. They backed off at that point and started slowly making their way off and my friend collected himself, went home, called his girlfriend and then the police. The polices response? "They ****ing deserved it, don't count on them getting caught though, rarely happens. Good job." XD Not what I had expected. My friend is mostly angry that they didn't even manage to break his glasses, he's said that once his glasses break he's getting lenses. He's had the glasses for 16 years now. Oh, and yeah, they weren't immigrants, they were just four Swedish jocks.

I'm impressed by myself, generally speaking I've been wanting a KOTOR for ages, but now that there is some actual rumour about it, my heart skipped a beat and then remembered it will be nowhere near as good as it could've been years ago.

Just came home, had a great party yesterday with the boyoz, I had loaded up with plenty of drink wich turned out to be unnecessary, the host had done that for us. Got amazingly drunk and had an awesome night! Lots of chat back and forth, good food and loads of alcohol. I'm still a bit tipsy and it's been many hours since I drank my last beer. She definetly sounds like a bitch, hope things turn around for you soon Cal.

I've tried to do the same with my mother, it's like a stone wall. Psyching myself up for a party tonight, just the boyz. We've not had a proper party in ages so I'm really exited, my one worry is that I'm not going to get the inflatable mattress I'm going to borrow to work, but the weather is supposed to be real nice tonight so I can take a nice long (~10km) walk home if that happens. Bit sad that some of the oldtimers won't be making it, really looked forward to hanging out with my engineer(And more importantly, RPG designer) and scientist friends.

I had some mead once, and it was one of the most vile things I've ever drank. I generally like sweet stuff, but this was just... eugh. I'm going to see if I can get a couple of flasks of this delivered to me.

I'm more interested in 6 hour days, myself.
