  1. Nah, I'd have to disagree here. It may have not been as complex as Obsidians other stuff Edit: (Actually its still pretty complex just more accessible presented and has a lot on the details if you think about them) but it was a better shade of grey. Its miles above everything related to the legion (F:NV) for example. (Though I actually was one of the few that liked them) or even the NCR. But that probably comes down to opinion.
  2. Didn't get it, though I don't know if its in some hidden dialog. If you already meet the Dapper Old Gent. Didn't you do the quests in Stonebridge? I thought they were pretty deep morally. Favourite is before you go after Jeyne Also didn't you meet the queen/Jeyne yet? So you should actually know about Jeyne already.
  3. It could just be that your save slots ran out. I noticed on PC that there aren't many local save slots.
  4. There is an achievment tied to it. Apart from that I don't know as I'm playing on normal.
  5. videogameszone.de 83% gamerplus.de 80%
  6. And out of Steam's Top 20. Kinda weird, but I heard there are problems with achievements and other functionalities too so before jumping and screaming "THE SALES ARE HORRIBLE D:" I'll wait a bit. Considering how FAST it went out of the Top 20 and it beeing around the time it appeared in the New Releases Tab I would strongly think its an error. Also the game is still going strong on amazon.
  7. If you are done with one of the two you have done a little more than 50% of the game.
  8. They already fixed multiple issues yesterday. PS3 version won't be patched as fast since it has to go through Sony first.
  9. They are. New Vegas is more complex in several things but at the same time DSIII is really well constructed. I would actually say in terms of moral ambiguity its the finest Obsidian title so far. Even as a "good" charachter its way more justifiable to let Jeyne live/go free/make an alliance with than for example Cesar.
  10. Well their support blows. I've had a post and a support ticket open for around 10 hours and not a fkin peep. The game crashes every time I click "Find games". Have asked Steam for a refund, but I know i'll end up just biting the bullet with this game. Blows, waited years for this. 10 hours are not even a day. Furthermore its a friday. Are you really expecting them to fix the problem this fast?
  11. Ew, really? No other console ARPG does it this way from what I remember... I thought in BG DA you could run to a save point to respawn a team mate. Same with CoN, and it's sequel. You can resurrect teammates directly. I think he means if all of you die. Though there are definitly some bosses where it makes an autosave before the fight.
  12. Steam is weird on the game as a whole. It doesn't count it anywhere in the statistics.
  13. Also for Storypeople like me discovering unique dialouge and consequences to choices. Though I don't think that matters to the OP. So nevermind^^.
  14. I can't really believe he did everything though if he did that. Or didn't just skip every conversation. I'm nearing 8 and I'm nowhere near the end.
  15. To be honest, I don't know. I would suspect that they are saved locally. I have read that the host is the only one with access to the save files, however. Some things you should know before you play DS3 with random strangers, though... When you play online co-op, you are playing one of the host's companions. You don't actually get to play your own character (it's like Fable 2). This means that after you leave, someone else can join his game and play your character (as far as I understand). If the host decides to continue gaining levels, the other person playing your character will be able to adjust your stats after he levels up. I'm not sure if the person playing your character will be able to sell/destroy your gear, but the host will be able to. Not only that, but the host can decide to stop hosting indefinitely if he wanted to, which would mean you would lose your character (since, after all, you can only play as the host's sidekick). Characters created in a multiplayer game are not persistent across different matches hosted by different people. I would highly recommend that you play this game with friends, or people that you know (like if you were to meet up with people on a forum and set up a game there). I hope this helps. =) Not exactly. As far as I understand if you rejoin you get your charachter back and he levels up to the host level if the host decided to play further. Can't say for certain though as I've not tested online.
  16. I'd guess the patch today was the same one as for the demo. Since that didn't have online the break didn't get discoverd. Hope they fix it soon too.
  17. Actually as soon as you get the constables handcannon they are actually stronger than your rifle stance for a while. The rifles main advantage is heartbreaking shoot which does imense damage.
  18. Yep. Local Co-op is supported for PC.
  19. Yes I have the Nvidia drivers 275.33 installed. Could it be that it is your sound card?

  21. Alice is not half as bad as it is made out to be. At least thats the impression I get from multiple sources. Also have seen quite a few player impressions that were rather positive.
  22. THIS There are multiple ways that I wish you could zoom the camera out further into a true top down perspective.
  23. Colleuge of mine had 16:30 on XBOX. Also I'm someone who replays games in the 15-25 hour range more than longer rpgs.
