I'm getting the impression the Benelux version is delayed. I 'pre-ordered' but haven't heard anything yet and it's almost Friday, the supposed official release date.

It seems dexterity, cunning & willpower are pretty important for a tank too. Dexterity improves chances to hit, cunning improves armor piercing (?) & willpower gives more stamina for special skills.

I'm near the end in the English version of Divinity 2 after ~16 hours of play. Playing as mage is much more fun than warrior... my high-level fireballs do more than 2,000 damage and take out entire groups of enemies. My magic blast does around 5,000 damage and only bosses aren't one-shottd by it. Also playing Venetica. Venice is h

I'll play as female human noble warrior, sword & shield. Party I'll most likely use is Sten, Leliana & Wynne (planning to kill Morrigan on first sight, if possible). I'll play on normal mode, but switch to easy if the 'friendly fire' gets into my face too much.

Now I only need a sequel to Heavy Metal: FAKK 2 & Oni and all's well.

There are Oblivion mods for everything.

It seems the English version is completely revamped compared to the German one. Boss enemies whose asses I kicked in no time previously now are kicking my ass and actually require some tactics to beat. The English voices are great, too. I've never heard so many different British accents in one game.

And she probably eats out of the same plate for two weeks.

Surprisingly, I got it today! Glad I didn't cancel my pre-order. Now to see whether the English voice over is better than the German.

Wynne is probably some aloof lawful good Kreia-type. But Morrigan seems like a good choice for a female mage that's going the blood magic route. It could make for some hawt 'necromance'.

Playing as a bard is worth it for the murder trial alone. That way there are so many options of taking the piss out of Torio with [Persuade], [bluff], [Taunt] and even [Perform]...

Russian video preview US release data is confirmed for 5 January 2010. English release for Benelux is 6 November (yey)... I'll be picking it up together with Dragon Age, it seems.

Some game reviewers apparently did speed through the game in 40 hours. A dedicated RPG nerd should be able to cut that in half.
