If this DLC policy continues, I won't ever buy a BioWare game on release anymore but just wait for a GOTY edition containing all extra content. Is there already such a version for DA:O, btw?

I thought the fight against the Yuan-ti and the pirate lord were much harder personally.

Maybe they would, if the game wasn't mainly succesful because it's riding on the success of FO3.

Web spell would've made things much easier.

One drow can pick up Tomi as henchman, the other one Linu. It's not exactly a problem.

This has been a plothole ever since BG2. I'd think the Academy would make it standard procedure to cast a Detect Alignment/Detect Illusion spell on any new applicant to prevent Luskan spies, Zentharim, or any other evil faction, from infiltrating.

At least the avatars are good in NWN.

The problem is I'm limited a bit by the maximum allowance of ten screenshots per post. The game is very dialogue heavy.

It's almost impossible to beat the dragons as a pure fighter, without a party to back you up. Your only hope as a fighter type is hoping that Linu pulls a Harm spell out of her hat. That's why clerics/druids are so overpowered. They basically one-shot dragons with Harm and liches with Heal.

I see you've decided to go through with the NWN LP. Would there be an interest here for a Drakensang: River of TIme LP? Almost nobody is going to play this game anyways, and I was planning on doing another playthrough.

I was hoping I could sucker you into it, can't stand the game myself and I had very bad experiences with it, but I'd love to see someone else do it I'd do it, but only with a cleric or druid. Also, HotU is pretty bad. 2/3 of the game is a watered down version of BG2 and the rest consists of literally following a breadcrumb trail on the ground, solving cringe-worthy puzzles and mowing down hordes of baalors (granted though, at least baalors are better than epic level gnolls).

Morrowind had so many great characters. I loved that cantankerous Telvanni master in Tel Naga, and the crazy chick in Tel Branora that would flip out after she told you to wear her clothes. Divayth Fyr was great as well, basically the Elminster of the Elder Scrolls universe. And of course, Vivec. The Lusty Argonian Maid by Crassius Curio A (mercifully short) excerpt from Crassius Curio's bawdy play Act IV, Scene III, continued Lifts-Her-Tail: Certainly not, kind sir! A Jedi consular/jedi master rarely needs more than one LS to take out rooms. Especially with that force damage-boosting technique. Anyway, initial stats don't matter much since with all the crafting & overpowered gear you will eventually raise all your attributes over 20 without even trying.

That may be a Daedric ruin. Which reminds me, it would be nice if (limited) Levitation is back in, similar to Risen. Morrowind had a lot of instances where the Z-axis was put to good use.
