Yes, you're on the n. america server, right? So I d/l and patch (Europe), switch to n. america then guess what - another 8 hour d/l to update for that one! Sheesh.

Eventually, mebbe next year, this game will finish downloading. FFS.

Yo, if I want to make a Defiant character what hints can you give me as a complete n00b? I like melee fighting type characters and have little or no interest in pansy spell-flinging. The character generation system looks a bit complex so any help / suggestions appreciated.

Just out of interest, how is the game reacting to that? Hmmm. I'm missing out on lots of quests. Everybody hates me. I get attacked a lot. Luckily I have developed a super-stealth sniper who spends his life sneaking about head-shotting people from long range. OTOH equipment and loot isn't a problem as I just check the bodies.

The Irish act, Jedward, were on one of those pop star competitions here. Their performance will be legendary because they seriously, utterly and completely cannot sing. Ireland can't afford the Eurovision, hell they can't afford a round of drinks so send Jedward to make sure they don't win and have to host the whole thing next year.

I like Eurovision, the cheesier the songs the better. The UK are in with a chance this year, Blue are allegedly well known in Italy, Spain and Germany. That's if we can overcome the regional bloc voting by the Eastern Euros. Graham Norton is the guy who does our commentary, he took over from the legendary Terry Wogan.
