  1. I don't agree with RPGmasterBoo, but I do thing that some of the latest characters submitted don't fit the original poster's idea of 'aesthetically pleasing'. Thin waist women with bare midriffs and not protection whatsoever, without any muscle in sight, seemed to be 'banned' here.
  2. But you have to pay extra cash for that one! And I mean real-life money!
  3. What are they? I didn't notice anything particularly weird about it, so perhaps it's the googletrad (or something that comes with the fact of being different persons).
  4. So, I used the good old googletrad, and I would just like to know one thing, if a german-abled person was to pass by : at the end, in the PC vs Consoles part, he talks about the interface for the inventory, but I don't get if he's annoyed by it, or if it's just functional.
  5. About that, are they all really bisexual, or do they just have some sort of Schr
  6. One wasn't optional, the one at the very beginning of Act 3, when Triss just pushes Geralt back on the bed. Sure, there wasn't any reward for it, but it was still Geralt in bed making love to Triss. I don't think that scene was obligatory...
  7. It seems to be a short tree for 'general' skills, like paring arrows.
  8. Optimistic version : the higher up realized that releasing the game so close to The Witcher 2 was not a good idea. Pessimistic version : the game is a bug mess.
  9. And in the US as well : http://www.rpgsite.net/news/1057/dungeon-s...-into-june.html
  10. Grinding in the swamp was good to gain money and alchemical ingredients though. Drowners and bloedzuigers drop useful ingredients, and the former also drops a rather expensive ingredient that was good to make some money quickly. I regularly wandered into the swamp for hunting for those.
  11. Can I post SIE? She's got muscle and not too thin of a waist, but she has big airbags ? EDIT : big fan of the Heavy and Medic.
  12. From what I remember of the time line, Jeyne wasn't the one who originally blamed the Legion, it was the King's family. Most notably because the King was paranoid and extremely wary of the Legion. Jeyne acted on this and lead the hunt for the Legion. It seems clear to me that Jeyne wants to control the whole of Ehb, but she's not interested in the throne itself. She's the head of the Azunite church, and it's through the Azunites that she wants to hold power, creating a new system for the country.
  13. I don't know if she reminds me of Loghain as a character, especially her age, but I definitely think there will be a choice like the one in Dragon Age, about killing her or seeking her support. As for her charisma... I'm betting she's an Archon. Hence the 'divine gifts' she was said to have at a young age.
  14. Oh yeah, absolutely sure. This is not the first time they show the new design actually, we could see it in a big Q&A session CDP made a few days back. They explained why they 'changed' it in the first place, how surprised they were by the fans' reaction, and how they decided to rework it as the production continued.
  15. I don't like that new face. He looks twenty years older than he was in the first game, and I don't recognize any of his traits. He's Vesemir with a shorter beard!
  16. I don't think there will be compatibility issues of any kind. Don't see why there would be. And yeah, the US gets the short end of the stick for those limited editions (except Wallmart) : they only have two bonus objects, Europe has four.
  17. They've got some ambition for that title. Hope it will live up to expectations. It's new for a certain definition of the word 'new' I suppose. The article was posted yesterday, but the event they're referring to has been covered a lot already. I think IGN are the only ones who posted something really new those last weeks, since they had a chance to control Katarina. Anyways, thank funcroc !
  18. So four DLCs are confirmed, and it's also highly probable that they're all going to be made by Obsidian. Thanks, funcroc!
  19. The description of Katarina is up on the site : http://www.dungeonsiege.com/characters-katarina.php So she is Lucas' half-sister, he? The 'illegitimate child' seems to be a trope that comes out a lot in fantasy RPGs lately, no? It also clears things up a little about the kind of magic she uses : curses to weaken the enemy, and enchanted bullets to lay the hurt on them! I'm going to bet that the last character to be revealed will be a descendant of the Gunderic family. They weren't mentioned in the time-line for nothing, me thinks!
  20. I wonder if the comics will cross with the games one of those days, the story in the books also hinted at a future confrontation between the mages and the templars that would change things forever.
  21. What was that about, Volourn?!? Please leave your insanity at the door ! Minimalist UI is good, less things invading the screen that way, hard to pull off though. But it's not like TW had a really complicated UI, and now with the removing of the group stance and the general change in gameplay that makes less use of hotkeys (best example : the spells and the bombs), they could gain some room. And Nepenthe is probably right : CD Projekt Red was definitely thinking of the consoles when they did that interface, in order to make it more portable should the opportunity arises.
  22. If only it could mean that his interview with Feargus will be up soon ! And yeah, for whoever was asking the other, Reinhart is apparently a new addition to the lore... and a magician, to boot. We probably know who uses that 'lightning attack' Feargus was talking about in that preview by IGN .
  23. They're new alright. I wonder who's the woman in the first picture? Another archon perhaps? I believe that for every one of the main characters, there will be an enemy that would have the same abilities. We already saw Lord Gunderik, who used a souped-up version of Lucas' two-handed style, I think Katarina's 'doppleganger' will be Leona (aren't they sister by the way?) and that woman in the screenshot up there will be Anjali's reflection on the bad side.
  24. I think that the publisher gives them a list of the things that could be of interest to them for the rating, they don't go seeking for them too intently.
  25. Look at that, Katarina does have access to some armor after all (second and third screenshot, the top of her outfit) .
