  1. Riddick: Dark Athena Its good I really like it. My favorite weapon is the tranq gun. Im basically shooting out all lights as I go then tranqing everyone I see then run up on them and KA BOW! fatality. The game was annoying at first but with the simple errands, but im digging it now. It was worth the $20 on STEAM. I wonder if there is going to be another Riddick movie someday?
  2. Buy a whole new PC and then plug in the hard drive externally with USB and transfer the essential files, then toss it. They should be happy it lasted that long.
  3. Western Digital Makes great harddrives in my personal experience man! Green, is power saving and generally the slowest. Blue, is more mainstream Black, is the fastest... I have a black 1tb drive that i just installed on Windows 7 home upgrade Premium. I did it, not a problem so far! Although it came with only 921 gigs on these platters. Its quiet, and fast. I personally will hold off on SSD until they come with larger amounts of memory for cheaper the price. As of righ tnow its out of my price range. So Walsh speaking of pricerange you could always save $20 bucks and wait until black Friday. I know i couldn't.
  4. Riddick Butcher Bay, after this then Dark Athena the next chapter in riddick. If it can be called that even. The game looks great, but moving the mouse is a bit choppy for some reason, im not sure why. Is it because i only have 2 gigs in windows7 64bit? I dont know. This is my first gaming experience with windows 7 and anything 64bit. The game is excellent, but thats old news! I think its the atmosphere that i love. This game actually reminds me of Batman Arkham Asylum.
  5. I've been playing Windows 7! So far its been figuring out how to make an ISO, Failed activation and long waits as games download from STEAM. Over all now that I have everything figured, i like it. Ill invest in 4gigs more RAM some day soon, but as of now, I can do everything I want. I even bought a new WD Caviar Black 1TB Hard Drive to put the fresh install on.
  6. Same here. I've had the same $750 credit limit for ages, never had a credit limit upgrade. I've NEVER missed a payment and nearly everytime its in full.
  7. I absolutely hate paying bills So I have one credit card which is connected to my bank. I direct all bills to that credit card and every time i go into the bank I make a payment. I haven't had an overdraft fee in a couple years. So now I only have one bill, my credit card, which makes paying my bills easy breezy! Credit cards FTW!!!
  8. Tomorrow Im Running 5 minutes Doing 3 Sets of 8 Squats mixed with 3 sets of 8 Bench press 3 sets of 12 Lunges mixed with 3 sets of 8 Curls 3 sets of 12 leg Presses mixed with 3 sets of 8 Over head presses 3 sets of 8 Hammer curls mixed with 3 sets of 15 dips I will do 8 of each holding the weight and lifting arms up from the sides out, then in front and then in a motion that starts below my pelvis then goes up out and back, 8 of each. 3 sets. Triceps reverse curls where im bent over and lifting the arm upward, pausing for a minute each time when Im extended. Mixed with the hardest exercise. Which is wrist curls sorta 25 curls/ break for a few seconds then do 25 twisters. $ sets of 25 of these, while only doing about 9 for the triceps i mentioned before. Then I do a ab routine for 9 minutes which involves all sorts of odd looking stuff. Followed by a protein shake and a shower. Time at gym, usually and hour and a half by the time i get there and leave the door after taking a shower. Not too bad.

  10. The unsinkable Pygmy Gecko!
  11. I just saw Into The Wild. A true story Directed by Sean Penn and Music by Eddie Vedder. Entertaining Existential movie. Has a lot of soul to it i thought.
  12. Bubbles that momentarily get as hot as the sun? I wish they would explain how! Thats awesome!
  13. right on sensai!
  14. But hey, as I said to mkreku, whatever works for you, man.
  15. I mean to cut fats out of the post work out only so it doesnt slow the metabolism down. fat slows the absorption of the meal, which is the opposite of what you want after a workout. I kind of see where your going with this and I jsut have a different philosophy. I try to gain muscle to lose calories in the long run, thats why I eat simple starchy carbs after i eat because they metabolize much faster then complex carbs after a workout, which is what I want, again to gain muscle. I want to replenish what i just burned because it will soak up calories to turn into muscle. The muscle needs to grow and reapir itself, it needs calories to do that, and fast. "The mixing of carbohydrates, fat, and protein not only slows down the gastric emptying (empting of the stomach into the small intestine) it also changes the rate of absorption because these nutrients compete for absorption, and damages certain nutrients because they stay in the acidic gastric (stomach) juices too long. " - bodybuilding.com The post workout is all about fast absorption if one wants to gain muscle. Some proteins break down faster then other. isolaltes are faster then regular whey and hydrolized are even faster then isolates. As for the insulin I need to look that one up, its been awhile!
  16. Protein shakes are mostly a waste of money. They aren't useless and actually have a good amount of protein per serving, but the only real advantage over anything else is convenience. I recommend a handful of almonds (raw) or nuts right before your workout, and, for example, a serving of cottage cheese (oatmeal is a plus) right after. Don't bother with that fat-free crap, either. Starches are the enemy, not the fat in cheese. Aim for five-six meals a day, all of which should contain some sort of protein (the source doesn't matter), and you'll be fine. Milk is surprisingly low in protein (~3% in weight), and bananas are very high in sugars. Recommendable before a workout, not after. Hmmmm 213374U Everything I've been taught you seem to believe the other way. Yes Protein shakes are mainly a great advantage, I agree on that. But Cottage cheese is high on fat and if one eats fat after a work out, it gives energy released slowly over a long period but It slows the system down. In fact One wants starchy foods with high calories and low on fat! They are simple calories that digest quickly! THe body wants those calories ASAP after w workout! So thats why these simple starchy carbs are better then even complex carbs for this purpose. Whey Protein and Whey Isolate protein which digests even faster for faster protein consumption is great and the sugar in fruit Mkreku is good for an after workout too because It helps release Insulin and will carry the protein throughout the body. For a pre workout I Usually have a complex carb like oatmeal with raisins, maybe some almonds too since they are complex and have fat in them. But RIGHT AFTER the workout its a shake and some kind of fruit. Then after that digests for about an hour Ill have a real meal. I personally haven't found protein to be any use any ther time then after a workout and real meals provide proteins that last longer then protein powder. So fish chicken turkey beans etc... are recommended more any other time.
  17. Sounds like a uninstall and reinstall will have to be done. Did you add mods to it after you patched it?
  18. I just bought fallout2, Morrowind, and Hitman Bloodmoney! :D I've been buying to many games and not playing them lol Want Fallout 3 GoTY Edition also if it comes out on Steam also assains creed. Bah I need to play the games I've got but i have no time, just money.
  19. Do you have a leveling mod? It makes the game so much more enjoyable if you do! At least for me it did.
  20. Why do I owe money to society because I went to college? (Figurative "me", BTW) I believe because you owe it to the welfare of others less fortunate since you were given a better chance then others in society and it was society on top of perhaps the luck of a genetic lottery to what parents you were born to, either of which you had no choice of deciding, thus its not because of you that you became who you are but that your a product of genes and society. Nature and Nurture. It kind of suggests we are all connected, we are blank slates to some degree, some parents are richer then others, ect... Not that I back it or not. Im just sharing this idea. Good question.
  21. I was refering more to his campaign promises, i.e. to raise the taxes on anyone making over $200k, because they're all evidently evil; I couldn't refer to any actions of his, because he hasn't actually done anything. Evil? No you misrepresent the idea of a welfare liberal. One who makes that much money owes something back to society because he is a product of society also because he might of won the genetic lottery. We are all connected in society. That is the viewpoint of the welfare liberal. I am more concerned about laissez faire capitalism personally. Where its not the tyranny of the majority but the tryanny of a few big corporations, the later which has no interest of utility at all. Bush did more to help Laissez faire capitialism then any other president before his lack of regulations.
  22. This is where he responds back and mention how that too is socialism. Then blames Obama for Bushes mistakes, which is why we are in the mistake in the first place.
  23. I know what you mean. I love the feeling of being sore as long as its the muscle repairing itself and not actual injuries. A couple of my friends did a day of interval training. They will never do it again. They puked their guts out! But you can always condition yourself for it! Look at mkreku, taking the next step! By the way, a protein shake and fruit is good as a post workout, its the best time because the body is desperate for simple calories and fast protein, the fruit has insulin which also helps the protein distribute throughout the body. The more muscles you have the more calories you will burn throughout the day brosef! Love peace chicken grease -Ped
