AMD is totally kicking ass these days, this Radeon card I bought for a few hundred actually makes games look better with it's new technology and it actually can go toe to toe with with a 2080 ti performance wise, as I can play Metro Exodus on EXTREME and get anywhere from 50-117 fps 1080p (the game is poorly optimized admittedly, but that is very impressive for such a hoggish game). It's a great case of aiming for mediocrity and hitting the high life by accident.
Really too bad my motherboard is Intel, as these very affordable CPU's they're releasing actually beat many of Intels chips. Not that you need a i9 to play AAA games or anything but still, strange times.
