Few more hours into Europa Universalis 2. This time much more action involved Zimbabwe/Mutapa have decided to declare war on me again, so my retaliation was powerful and deciding. On Sunday another few hours spent with EU2 \o/ The issue with vassalization was solved, because Mutapa decided to declare war on me :D Still being pissed off, because I was not able to do what I was planning from the beginning :-/ Anyway, more detailed description of the session >here<.

Yeah I have read it before, and all requirements are fulfilled They are offering me vassalization, I can not offer it to them They do have Permanent Casus Beli on me, but there was never mention about it anywhere in the requirements The only time requirement is 30 years for Diplo Annexation. The game is sometimes behaving strangely. My ruler has more than 100 years now, and is still alive and kicking.

Yesterday, I have played little bit more of EU2, but something is wrong with Diplomacy or with me, and I do not know how to solve it. I am fulfilling all of the requirements to make another country as my vassal, but the option is still inactive on my Diplomacy screen. A week or month later, while I am still unable to act, the second country ask to become their vassal instead. I really do not know what to do, because I am stuck and without doing this Diplomacy thingie, I am unable to expand any more Can anybody tell me/help me what am I or the game doing wrong? I'm really torn on this game because of it. I really want to know how the story progresses, but I just can't progress due to the combat system. Sometime, when I play it, the encounters just make me angry, and I have to stop playing it ( Currently on my third break from the game ( just after I have run finished Shell 1.

Me personaly watching LPs mostly as an edutainment. When I want to learn more in depth mechanics of the game. I spent countless hours watching people play various Paradox Grand Strategies and Hearthstone. The saddest thing is, that starring at map how the figures move slowly and the maps changes colors is most of the time more entertaining, than what is shown in our TV stations... even without commentary.. Sometimes I just like to watch speedruns of games, which I've already beaten. But yes, the one of the biggest reasons to watch it, is the feel of socializing, especially if the person you watch has similar personality, like you do. Lot of people like me grew here visiting netcaffes and LANcaffes where one person played and 2-10 people watched them to play and we talked about it, helped each other to evercome obstacles. It was fun, and I am really missing that stuffm that's why I have lately moved back to tabletop gaming again as well.

I somehow get to bored with RPGs, especially with late game combat in Septerra Core (wich makes me sad, because I really like the game), so I have decided to start another Paradox Grand Strategy Let's Play. I have chosen to play for South African Nation of Xhosa and my goal this time, is just survive until the end of the game as long as possible, and in the lucky coincidence, that I will not get crushed by England or Portugal, to end in the final game ranking as high as possible. Well, all infinity engine games had an option for full install of the game, so you never ever had need for a disc swap after installation and proper set up of the game cache. And IIRC the copyprotection was old safedisc, one of the most lite copyprotection, which were used at that time. So that argument is just some PR talk done hastily without checking old editions executables and their setups, to justify whatever reason they had... /hint cashgrab /hint_off :-P

I have started to play Victoria 1 from Paradox, but man, I suck so much at playing it compared to other Paradox Grand Strategies. I have tried to find some tutorials, which could explain to me the basics of the game, but All which i have found are for Victoria II ( Is here anyone by any chance who might have some links to good and descriptive tutorials or basics? It would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Well, compared to youtube, it was pretty easy to find the trailer, you were looking for. But tbh, last time, I've visited the site was when FFXV was still FFvsXIII. Not many games which were interesting enough for me to check any trailer.
