Should the UK leave the EU?
As far as I understand saying "Uneducated schmucks" != "All uneducated are schmucks"

Should the UK leave the EU?
I wish the same could be said about our politicians. The first interview with our prime minister, nothing is happening move along, and was again blaming the opposition... /facepalm

Should the UK leave the EU?
It is. The same thing will happen - the old, poor and uneducated schmucks will vote yes. And we have a lot of those, to the point that I was already seriously considering moving. After last elections, I am thinking about moving out of this hell hole every day. But leaving behind my parents, which just hit retirement age... That would be very irresponsible for me to do :-/

Should the UK leave the EU?
I do not know how it is in Czech Republic, but for me, I'll take anyone in EU (well except Farrage) over our current prime minister...

Should the UK leave the EU?
Its ok, we have minister of finances who is biggest reciever of EU dotations and was STB agent (for those who don't know its kind of KGB) Yeah, I know that, but blaming other countries for our own **** would be rude Even though in this case for you it might be OK to do so. Your Minister of Finance is also Exported from Slovakia :D

Should the UK leave the EU?
Bruce, I so much sometimes wish, that kind of referendum, would be in Slovakia. Not because it could be a good thing, but because people might finally realize after Slovexit, what kind of **** are currently in our government. It would definitely ruin Slovakia, but for all I care, this country sometimes deserves no better... Currently we have our Home Secretary and Prime Minister being convicted of doing business with one of the biggest tax evaders we ever had (some people breached into their bank accounts and provided evidence, that it really occurred and our Premier Minister lives in the apartment owned by this tax evader), and they are not willing to resign, and are blaming the opposition for decomposition of democracy...

Should the UK leave the EU?
Well, this outcome of the referendum is the biggest issue not for UK, but for populistic leaders in Central and Eastern Europe. All of them, were until now happy that they drove tens of thousands people out of their countries, which could not find work here and yelled how are they good at solving unemployment issues. Now they are crying, that all the people will decide to come back home. Example: Slovakia approx 300,000 unemployed, it's about 10% of population at age between 18 and 64. The approximate number of Slovaks in UK in 2014 was 100,000. Now imagine how our politicians feel right now, thinking if all of these people have to come back now...

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
While its kinda true, I must say that I ejoyed these few years I was involved. If you can overcome constant overtimes and bad management decision its pretty cool Well, that's actually, why I completely left programming 10 years ago, and don't plan come back ever. I loved to code, but the money were in the end not worth the time, which I spent at work and completely neglected my social life :-/

What are you playing right now?
Just successfully turned France into Holy Roman Empire and with it, I have acquired almost half of the map thanks to expansion of my vassals :D It was very long way to get the Throne, I had to fight a lot of wars with former HRE members to get first voted as an Emperor and then pass all of the needed reports. I will have to recruit more and more armies now, because, I do not have any defense in Asia at the moment

What are you playing right now?
I know about that, but not planning to hack my PS3 anytime soon ( I just wish, they would go for the fullfledged translation. If they remade ToSymphonia, there is still hope, that they might one day remake it for PS4 as well, well see if my dreams will be fulfilled )

Interesting, that you do not complain aboit GFX like you did with Doom 2016 :-P Anyway, Doom is for me still pinacle of Sci-fi FPS and not much have catched the atmosphere as good as they did. The level design and music were just amazing and made the game even more adrenaline. My favourite gameplay was my challenge on Ultraviolence and saving only at the start of the each level. Finished all 3 episodes that way :-D Haven't played the 4th episode of Ultimate Doom though. Edit: Though my favourite FPS up to this day is Hexen 1.

The 'Sidian Tyranny thread
No, I don't believe it was out. It isn't easy to change during development, but it's been done. It's hard to say because we don't have a definitive date for this project's beginning afaik. I know Star Citizen has done it (they've also been converting their version of CryEngine to entirely 64bit), but that's a huge difference in resources for Obsidian compared to Cloud Imperium. Duke Nukem Forever changed engines like what, 4 or 5 times? And did it help the game in the end? I do not think so.

Well Star Citizen is a Behemoth, for a smaller scale studio, changing engine in middle of developement is very expensive idea. Duke Nukem Forever and Final Fantasy XV are good enough examples for anyone to think really hard, if engine switch is a viable option for them.
