These look very interesting! What's the story behind your aumaua, is she Huana, Rauataian or else? Also I'm curious as to whether you've had any special interactions with Berath for your first character given the Death Godlike race. no , don't recall any special interaction with Berath . You do get some with the priest of Berath (in his temple) . Also you can look here : https://wiki.fireundubh.com/deadfire/dialogue-options well....I was imagining my Aumaua as the Illigitimate daughter of the queen (So huana) , who run off from the deadfire land because of the corruption and bickering and political nonsense . I had very limited choice on background..almost picked the Slave background just to add to that 'I run off and got caught! but slavery is better then to eat and sleep in corruption of my supposed better ' . So instead went for aristocrate background which fit with my idea first . And beside..being noble doesn't mean you can't be kind and wanna look after the tribes and such . When you meet Huana , it's pretty divided . You get dialogues where they call her sister yet later point out you are a stranger . When she landed on Teke-main city . You can use some foreign language for greeting . Even back in Port Maje , I got to use a foreign language with the governor that call him 'IDIOT' . was sooo worth it XD from that link , she is an Island Aumaune and they have the most dialogue if you paired it with coming from the deadfire island . So I was like..OHHHH.....let's try and see how it is! I have yet to see how Rauataia react . I had a hard time with godlike . Cose I love death godlike . But I also wanted my 1st playtrough to be priestess of eotha . Yet death godlike are stuck with Berath (like it or not lol ) . I also planning on making a priestess of Magran and go fire godlike ! She will be passionate and bold and reckless and short tempered! Should be fun !

Yea, whole main plot is disappointing because you can't do anything to change the outcome, you're just taken on the ride to watch it unfurl on the sidelines along with the other gods. I wouldn't mind it in other game genres, like action adventure, for example, but I strongly do mind of one half assed ending in an RPG. To be fair you can tweak the endings. (Asking Eothas to slightly modify his plan can result in the destruction of everything, Berath getting more power and because of that everything becomes more predictable, the souls actually having somewhere to stay while the Wheel's being remade, and a bit more.) It's mainly that Eothas will always break the wheel. You can change some details about it but that one thing is constant. and if you play goodie goodie...you can't even change his mind . Even as his priest ! So one ending . regardless of those things .

the only bug that bother me , are bugs that stop you from going further in the game . Bugs that crash your game . Bugs that make your companions or an npc that provide a story gone (like in Kotor 2 , where an npc that advance the main story is completely GONE! and you can't advance the main story anymore and is stuck in a cantina forever) . Minors bugs that are related to enchantement , weapons , spell...your cape acting up while you walk (which it does lol) , I don't even notice them .

here is mine . The 1st character I made , was Death Godlike..cose they are my favorite ! Just wish they weren't tied to Berath..make me feel like I should make a priest for her! (and I will ) and this is the new character I started last night !

Are you sure? There are so many instances and innuendos, that I assume everyone in Eora is basically free to love whoever they want. Especially if you take Tekehu with you, it feels like he banged 1/2 of the city and the other half is on his to-do list. :D Urghhhhhhhhhhhhhh now I cannot Unsee...... why did you have to say that ! I be having bad stuff with him walking! Watcher: *eyeing Tekehu suspeciously* Tekehu: Uh..watcher , while I respect your tradition..can you untie me now and remove the blindfold ? Watcher: NO! It would offend the god of Stuck UP! Tekehu: *grumble* Barbarian! Haha its not bad its actually really funny. Some of his escapades are hilarious, and others are just innuendos towards other people. Come on its Tekehu, he is a walking rowdy disaster. So you say.... But what if start Pointing out peoples !!!!! where is Mah shirt that say 'I DONT KNOW THIS FISH!' !!!!! I'm more for Xoti and Maia though .

well..if you can see his quest as finished . Then he is not dead . when the orlan seraf something died on me during a ship battle , his quest was GONE . LIke you couldn't even see it in the journal anymore . As it never existed to begin with . could be a bug , or he left . The companions all have circle (Under the character Page window) , look at them . Every companion like and dislike stuff . Eder is a BIG lover of animal and hate anyone who is cruel to them . So could be that . But it's hard to say since he wasn't with you and you didn't look up his profile . Every circle fill UP as you do stuff .

and how are you playing ? Have you done stuff that could make him go away ? Cose I think (haven't seen a confirmation anywhere) that maybe they copyed BG2 old system . Meaning if you do evil stuff , some companions will warn you then they will leave for good . Since you didn't have him with you..maybe he just left for good if you done bad stuff . check the reputation . Other then that , it could be a bug . I urge you to save alot , make different save . I myself got gazillions of save beside the auto-save . Cose you never know when stuff like this could happen .

whatta mean you can't control them ? you decide how they fight , how is that not control ? hit spacebar to PAUSE during a fight . He was not in my active party when all of this happened. I dismissed him ages ago. I only now noticed that he's vanished. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I'm aware of the wound and permadeath system for companions that are in my party. Does this also apply to companions who aren't recruited into my active party during Ship Combat encounters? So...he wasn't in your active party . And when you went to pick him up , he wasn't there anymore ??? That's really weird . And he isn't on the ship ? Did you try reloading ? Sometimes that can help if a game hiccup (worked for me in xcom ennemy unknown) .
