Annoying troll is getting annoying.

Official Dungeon Siege 3 Community Request Thread
I hate respawns, no matter what the genre is. For example never bothered to get Stalker because of all the respawns the game had.

Obsidian under Dungeon Siege
Hey, it's Flouride to you mister! The game did get a bit too claustrophobic with 3 players. Works a bit better with just two players. And yeah, wouldn't mind either if they pushed the camera back just a bit.

Confused about PC controls
I would guess some of it has to do with the fact that you can't bind your keys which must suck for left handed players. Other than that, I would imagine it's more of learn to play -issue. People get angry about the controllers (like yourself initially) and don't even bother.

Steam update released, game doesn't start anymore
You mean the publisher. Developer does not dictate whether the game will use Steam or not.

No achievements earned
let me know if they are still working when you finish the game. They did work at the end. I only did the last boss again and got like 4 achievements. And got a bunch of achievements on my co-op run.
-
No achievements earned
Achievements working, didn't get the achieves that I had trickered earlier in the game though (enduring champion, gent, loremaster etc.). Only those that I managed to get again.

This game is missing instructions - (Youtube video inside)
I guess that would explain why BioWare keeps dumbing down their games....
-
This would be funny...
I loved Shadow Warrior. Never finished it, but it was pretty cool. Better than Duke 3d, imo. Aye, I liked Shadow Warrior as well. Few shooters that no one has mentioned: Redneck Rampage, Blood and Hexen. Blood especially was pretty fun as co-op.

Just get the game or did you chicken out on Alpha Protocol as well?

For Devs...
I'm confused at why some peoples times are so high... mine was around 10 hours... I got every lore entry, every quest, etc, etc. There are no NPC's to interact with other than quest givers, no mini games, really nothing to do other than the main quest... The only way I can see people taking so long is people getting stuck on boss fights... I played on hardcore and learned the encounters fairly quickly... they only require a few tries to learn some of the harder ones and then another try to execute it all... I find it very hard to believe it took you another 7 hours on top of what it took me to learn such encounters... unless of course you are generally bad at video games? First playthrough = 10 hours... any playthrough after 5-6 hours. Yes, naturally anyone who says it took them longer to finish than it took you is not telling the truth.... Or must be really a bad player.

It's Alpha Protocol all over again. Europeans liked it, Americans not so much...

Yea, the small leaflet. It should say Steam registeration code on it.

Again which charts are we talking about? DSIII is in the top 10 of multiple of them. And don't forget its just the opening day. If you mean Amazon. Look at the List first. Then you may understand why. Also it was higher before (Since Preorders went out it sank somewhat expected) I was talking about the Neogaf PAL charts. It's quite sad there isn't as accurate info on games as there is about movie box office...

I guess you got 3 codes total? For the loots, square and for the game. The steam code is on the back cover of the manual.

You...you cheated on me? But I was almost ready.. Were we supposed to play together? I can't remember We can still play though

Have to remember those european charts only have few opening days in them and there's no numbers for digital sales (only the stats of how many people are playing it on Steam). Also the goal was to ship million units, still plenty of time for that. Lots of gamers are waiting for the price to drop as well. I would imagine they will still make a profit with the first sale campaings.

Poll: DLC or a new multiplayer?
Though they had a built engine for that which included the mp part. Not really sure how much they worked on mp part of NWN2.

Multiplayer shared screen!?
Just played co-op with Bendu for few hours. No major complaints, sometimes the camera made me feel bit claustrophobic other than that just fine. Connection was pretty good and stable too.

I'm pretty sure the Swedes are involved in this someway. Mkreku where do you live? We need to "question" you....

Obsidian under Dungeon Siege
Brilliant! Totally pitching this idea to my xbox buddies today. God, first 2 hours of playing on hardcore and my buddy and I would have been sloshed hahaha. Fish dudes banged us up pretty good. Aye, we didn't drink today with Bendu or atleast I didn't. There were many deaths involved and that fish boss slaughtered us thrice until we gave up on him and went to kill Vera and Gunderic instead

Yes clearly that was my point. But fine I'll explain it in words even you arrogant toothless canuck will understand: It adds more credibility to the site if they cover as many big magazines/sites as possible from all over the world. It gives them bigger sampling hence it's statistically more accurate.

Either I suck at using Steam or there isn't an option to join your game.

So that the site would actually have a bit more credibility?

I see, so the biggest and oldest gaming magazine in Finland isn't good enough then for such an awesome site as Metacritic
