    When I heard that name, I had hoped it was going to be a game based on my favorite comic story. But alas, only a hope. Probably wouldn't even make a good game.

    The only connection I see to that being Kreia is that Karpashyn, who wasn't even the writer on that segment, thought it was. Which isn't very meaningful. Even author intent gets undone by later authors. Just look at... well, the subject we're already discussing.

    I'd love a Science Fiction setting that's not a space opera or cyberpunk. But the chances of seeing that are slim. Heck, I'd be happy just for Space Opera without any magic. Alas.

    Worked, watched TV, tried out my new Brandy Snifter. None of that is games I am playing, however. So Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen! I went through the Saint's Row IV DLCs yesterday. Didn't catch my eye as being all that fantastic, however. I'd say to give them a miss unless you absolutely loved SR 4.

    I saw some discussion on this the past couple days in other parts of the interweb. The conclusion ended up being drawn is that this is Skyforge, Obsidian helping those guys recruit an American team. Everything made it sound like it's not really "Obsidian" but that might just be splitting hairs. I'm firmly in the "bitter and jaded" group with regards to MMOs. I don't think I could get past that.

    E&J XO Extra Smooth Limited Release It's a $12 bottle of brandy. I did like it. The Cognac I haven't opened yet is Hennesy VS.

    Just finished off a cheap bottle of Brandy. Now to finish off a bottle of Disaronno. I can't get enough of it. I recently bought a less cheap bottle of Cognac, going to try that out too.

    Early Access for Wasteland 2 was only for particular tiers when pledging for Wasteland 2. I believe it was above $55 or something. Anyway, I doubt early access is part of the deal with Project Eternity.

    I'm having this thread serve as our go-to thread to discuss any problems people are having with the item and NPC surveys on the backer portal. As such I have renamed it.

    Red Eagle tried kickstarting a free to play Wheel of Time game last I recall. Usual caveats about my memory apply.

    You have no idea how much work it will take. The developers have stated they believe adjusting for controllers will require concessions. And I'm skeptical of the idea that you somehow know more than they do in this regard.

    I might have killed Firkraag once after looking up cheap strategies. I stink at almost every single boss battle in that series.

    If you're not willing to acknowledge the complications or drawbacks, how can there be a discussion?

    I play on consoles. I, and everyone else I know, don't have their consoles hooked up in a way where using a keyboard is all that feasible. We use them in living rooms and off couches. Not at desks. Because we, the backers, paid for a PC game. If Obsidian wants to, after the game is done, try and make a PS4 port that mandates mouse and keyboard with no controller concessions without using backer money, I have no complaint. I just don't think it'll be a wise investment for them.

    We didn't fund it for a PS4 version. And I think a good number of the backers would consider it widely inappropriate if the funding they pledged went into producing a PS4 version. Project Eternity isn't being designed as a game that supports mouse and keyboard. It's being designed as a game that mandates mouse and keyboard. Any efforts to support other input devices are, in my opinion, to be strongly fought against. There's too many concessions required to make it function. And a PS4 game with mandatory mouse and keyboard isn't going to end up being well received by those who are looking to play from the console, anyway.

    I just watched the video at home and I have to say it's really the most beautiful game I've ever seen. Not to gush, but I'm a fan of what can be done with pre-rendered over 3D and it looks fantastic.

    A semi-common problem for physical reward tiers seems to be not realizing country and state are dropdowns. Obviously this doesn't apply to the OP, but some of you may be having the problem the same as I. Double check those two entries, type in only two letters and then click what drops down.

    Watcher is most "expensive" badge. It's also something in the game we're not clear on. Maybe a title associated with the PC.

    Mail? Or e-mail. Maybe you're just not a physical reward tier. Double check your entry fields for a drop down. I can't imagine what it would be if not country/state.
