I'm thinking about starting a mod. Which, as usual, means I'll write some stuff down, mess around in the toolset, and abandon it in a couple of weeks. But the question is, what project should I abandon a week from now? An area 51 inspired Vault thing or a Seven Samurai knockoff?

Still playing New Vegas, checking out the stuff I skipped on my first playthrough. But I also started Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.

Can you see them including the characters without more character-centric sidequests? Is that even heard of anymore? I just know that if I see Samara again she'll come up to me after a few missions to say that another of her daughts has gone off the reservation. Or Jacob now needs us to go see his mother. "AAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH, YOU @^%@$# OF A %#$@%. I TOLD YOU TO TAKE CARE OF THIS #@$% BEFORE YOU GOT BACK ON MY SHIP. GET THE %#@ OUT" I like ME2 a lot. But my Normandy is strictly a one carryon baggage per seat airline.

I'll take pretending not to be a crappy Diablo clone over revelling in it any day of the week. It's like, what would you prefer, your date to wear the bag or not to wear the bag? I should be arrested for that metaphor.

I really can't figure out what they'll do with the crew of ME2. After running those quests for them, they feel played out. I don't want to do anymore sidequests for those guys. I'll just end up screaming.

Wait, what? Who was she in ME2? One of the quarian generals(or whatever). And Matriarch Aethyta AND the Rachni Ambassador... That's impossible! If Claudia Black had voiced them I would have noticed. I would have noticed! *wheeps uncontrollably* Have I failed?

No. You can even run with Cass to the Silver Rush when you have the quest to bring her there. As long as you don't talk to Babtiiiiss, nothing will happen. I know what happens when you have the quest to bring her there. We're talking about if it's your first visit.

Oh yeah, speaking of Cassidy. I was rather glad I didn't have to wipe out the entire Crimson Caravan. Just a late night throat slit and we're good. Mister Sandman is one of the best perks in the game. I was able to clear out half of Vault 3 without anyone getting wise. I also cleared out the Great Khan encampment this way, too. I'm thinking about sneaking into the Fort at night.

If you work for the guys at the Silver Rush, they eventually ask you to bring Cassidy to them. I guess that if you don't work for them at all, they take the initiative if she shows up.

Let's all assume middle of the road between mocking and honor. Pity.

Finally finished And Another Thing. It was good, not great, but good. I'd read a book seven from Colfer. He overused some jokes badly, Ford can't be mentioned with the word "frood" come up. It was fun, but not hilarious. Still better than Mostly Harmless.

I liked the Fade. It's Deep Roads I hated. Fade created some interesting combat when you start switching around forms midbattle.
