Crysis Warhead was especially fun for me. I think it was because I had better system mastery. Instead of just trying to sneak everywhere and getting pissed when I didn't succeed, I'd just do hit and runs which turned out to be brilliant fun. I can't be excited for Killzone 3. I thought 2 was mediocre. Crysis is slightly more exciting since I recently played the first and was incredibly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

I fully believe we've had a few Citizen Kanes. But due to the progressive nature of the technology, everyone loves forgetting games older than 5 years.

There was speculation that they wanted to avoid releasing at the same time as Dragon Age 2. Seems reasonable enough.

Onto Awakenings. Playing Origins again has made me hopeful for DA2.

I'm curious as to what he's hinting at (has he actually played it or is he simply skeptical?), but it could mean anything as it stands.

Oblivion did sound great, relatively speaking. Really, there's only one thing that killed it for me and I'm skeptical of it in this game. It's one of the most reviled features, so they've hopefully fixed the implementation.

I doubt it. I looked around a few places and found various versions of the same image with minor differences (the ticker text showing different parts of that sentence). So either the originator created multiple versions or there are multiple independent confirmations.

My thought process on seeing that. 'But that's Iraq!' 'Wait, where's Egypt supposed to go?' And then I felt dumb.
