  1. Yeah, everyone knows the dog was the most boring.
  2. Shivering? No, I'm right. It's Bethesda who is wrong.
  3. I didn't think Shattering Isles was very generic.
  4. Firewalker is free, anyway.
  5. Shale was great. If they make more Zaeeds, they can keep it.
  6. I thought NPC faces always looked pretty good for their time. But I want to stab the slider system in the eye.
  7. Yes, it's a way to get people to pay more. But the contention is whether or not they're delivering you less in the initial offering to make you pay for the more. I'd argue that if they hadn't had the team working on DLC, they would have been working on a different game or simply not employed. It's not cutting stuff out.
  8. And he said simultaneous. EA doesn't typically hold games back like that.
  9. All I saw before was just like a single tree. And thought that might be it for each class, or just two to three of them. Nine is much better.
  10. Whoah, Maria, that abilities tree looks a lot better than what I saw before. That's worth getting excited over!
  11. I'm looking forward to hoping that the tactical combat still manages to be fun. Asking that question actually depressed me a little. Because I don't know that my reasons are sufficient to buy it.
  12. So, what you're saying is that I should drop my pre-order. Then I can complain. Or will I end up in a catch-22 situation where if I don't buy the game, I'm obviously not the target audience, so it doesn't matter what I say anyway. Fun how that works.
  13. Yeah, I was actually going to skip AC: Brotherhood myself. Glad I did not. If it weren't for the lack of a change in time period, it would have qualified as a sequel by all rights.
  14. Is that a gladius?
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhfvhYkrCW0 Time's Scar. Really good adventure theme. Doubles as energetic travel music in fantasy games. (I now see someone already listed Time's Scar) Almost all of the Metal Gear Solid opening/ending music is great, too. Been listening to Way to Fall, Snake Eater, and Calling to the Night lately.
  16. How I miss Telvanni. I usually went Hlaalu, but visiting Telvanni helped set Morrowind apart for me.
  17. I caved and pre-ordered. I'm sure it'll be fun. It'll likely fail to uphold to DA:O, but I bet it'll be at least as fun as Mass Effect 2. I love Mass Effect 2, so that's good, right? Worst comes to worst, I can always cancel the pre-order.
  18. Getting a little bored of WoW. So I'm playing more Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.

    Also because Clear Sky sucks.
  20. Well, I didn't realize it until after the aliens. It took me until Warhead to figure it out. Aliens are better than trying to play Crysis stealthy, that's for sure. Also, Warhead seems to be a lot more lenient about grabbing guys. Crysis won't let you do it unless he's looking straight at you on a full moon, while you make a goat sacrifice to the dark god Yzzzlpz'arl.
  21. I guess I never gave Crysis the credit it deserves. You try playing it stealthy and it's really not all that great. You charge in at the enemies, using the cloak to circle around behind them, and strength to jump over obstacles to avoid or get the high ground, it's bloody terrific.

How did anyone like Outcast's lightsaber battles? It's basically a game of joust.
  23. Tale replied to Rosbjerg's topic in Computer and Console
No. Single player really feels left behind, especially compared to other installments. Multiplayer is very experimental, but didn't keep me for long.

I liked Conviction, but I don't seem to be interested in a second playthrough.

DO NOT. His recommendations are usually terrible, anyway.
