Mass Effect probably has a lot more dialog overall though, I know that AP had many variables but the volume of NPCs, news reports, companions ect must have added up to a fearsome amount of lines for both ME games.

Today I will mostly be shielding myself from the sun's deadly rays. Also bought the AvP dlc after an aliens movie marathon. It turns out that, at least at lunch time, nobody in the world is playing either set of dlc maps. Can I get a good investment high-five?

Homecoming has a different style to it's story telling but there's certainly horror in there. I think part of the problem is that The Collective were making a sequel to someone else' series, so they had to include enough iconic stuff so that people wouldn't accuse them of cashing in on a brand name. How many times can we see a nurse or a straightjacket and be scared? Eye of the beholder and all that but I'd argue that it was at the very least better than The Room. There was a lack of tech support for people who bought the PC version, so if you were one of the unlucky ones who suffered from the graphical bugs, or not being able to launch the game in the first place then you'd essentially thrown your money away. The game itself was good when it was working though, in my opinion.

I bought UFO: Extraterrestrials but I dare not repeat the spending frenzy that occured during the xmas sales. Looks like you picked up some nice titles though, I own Homecoming and it's my favourite of the series after SH2.

At least that experience will give you valuable insight if you ever make a vampire game.

Since you mentioned JA... Does Frozen Synapse look like something that would appeal to you? I still have the extra serial key that's just collecting dust if you (or anyone) want it. Aliens: A Comic Book Adventure used to crash constantly on every PC I tried it on, I mean literally it seemed to happen almost every five minuets it was just unplayable. I think I only ever got past the opening, which is to say I landed the ship and took a few steps into the base. The rest of the game is a mystery to me which always bugged me as I'm a huge Aliens fan.

I've started my first serious run at Mysteries of Westgate and I'm really enjoying it so far, hats off to Ossian. I like how skill checks come up in almost every conversation (and aren't just limited to things like bluff, diplomacy and taunt) and that sometimes they will throw in red herring options to keep you on your toes.

It is frightning how quickly it all mounts up.

I thought Sienna Guillory and Oded Fehr made a good Jill and Carlos, neither were really like their videogame counterparts but they fit the movie and were fun to watch. I think if RE3 had followed on directly from the ending of the second film it would have turned out a lot better, but oh well. The series is truly doomed now that Wesker is in it.

You forgot to mention how hot Canadian women are, get your priorities in order man.

It should also be noted that Anna Torv is gorgeous with brown hair. Just wow.

To be fair Leonard did a good job on Fringe, it's a shame to lose the character so early if for no other reason than he's such an imortant part of Walter's past.
