I mean, assuming the watcher is male, and you played as a male watcher, we could deduce that maybe he's heterosexual? It might have already been thrown around ITT but I wouldn't discount the possibility. He flat out tells you he's heterosexual if you ask him if he has feelings for you with male watcher.

Where is this you had to work for it coming from? No you didn't. Every single LI would jump down your pants if you met the requirements unless you picked the really obvious piss them off options. Maybe Jaheria and Aerie left you alone if you played the obviously lunatic character or Viconia if you played the extreme super guy but managing your Rep in BG enough not to piss them off was a joke. Jaheria and Aerie had like one trap option but if you thought about the characters it made sense why those were no goes for them. That said being dumped for getting raped was a bit of a wut moment. And sometimes characters can be bi without having to justify it via backstory or having a horde of both gendered lovers.

Have you beaten the game? Will Eder still end up camping near his ex's grave if Bearn dies? Or if Eder comes crawling back? I'm asking because that's a crappy ending I really want to avoid. Frankly, I have half a mind to just let Bearn die because, hey, it's one thing to ask around for an old flame of Eder's since he's a friend, but quite another to drop everything and rush after the old flame's son who we only met once and don't really know. I mean, WTF? I actually wish there was an dialog option that says "I don't give a s**t" cuz I really don't, that's how badly the quest is written. He goes with the Watcher.

Yea, the Republics and their animancers so far are the best bet at fixing it (if you choose them), judging from the ending slides. That may leave a door open for Pallegina to return. I like the animancers in the second game, but siding with the Republics... i don't know. Anyone knows how to get a good ending with Pallegina without siding with the Republics? I don't want to get her banished again, but I'd rather help the Huana (for all their faults) or go solo. Both Republics and Rauatai have slavery, and that is something thats a no-go for me. And the Huana with their Roparu-slaves is any better? All the factions are terrible in their own rights. Which is why I kill all the pirates then let the rest of them fight it out. Let them tear each other to pieces.

I didn't like her in the first game and i still don't like her in Deadfire. It's also really funny how easy it is to piss her off so much that she just straight up leaves you, no ifs, no buts. I didn't even notice how quickly i got her to -2 by playing my more pious Priestly character. I don't think she even got to go on board my ship, before leaving me, she got pissed THAT quickly. I miss Durance. Man she ended up going back to defiance bay disgraced in my game. I wouldn't be surprised if in POE3 she immediately tried to stab my protagonist.

I told you it was a bug NOT to see them, sail on ur boat and press C whilst sailing and u see them, I just told you a dev said its meant to be in game can you not read? +15 accuracy +25% max hp under the label "Path of the damned" doesn't come out of nowhere, maybe if it had no name tag, but it was clearly tagged as "Path of the damned" and that's not some error in code thats not how things work. If it was an error it be something like "e8a128^!.exe" not 4 clearly typed out words. Getting bonus stats for playing POTD would be counter-intuitive to playing the difficulty. Seeing as the only time the stats get inflated is when the PC is on sailing (not even actually on the boat stats go back to normal on deck) that clearly means it's probably not intended (which you know means it's a bug as people have been trying to tell you) and thankfully doesn't effect actual combat. And I read about as well as you write.

From what's been datamined - only Aloth's stays as an option. Yes but you have to make sure you tell him to stop trying to reform/destroy the Leaden Key otherwise he goes off and does that. Which knowing Aloth will probably end up with him getting killed She had that invulnerability shield all the little brats in fallout 4 had.

Except that if you don't complete Maia's quest those two npcs will have other ending slides. So yea, her missives were definitely assassination orders or ground work for assassinations. And Maia is not only a spy but an assassin as well, so her going to assassinate somebody is just another order from the brass, nothing new to her. do you know what happen if you don't do her quest? Well in my Huana ending everyone still got along. Pallegina got screwed over so bad she had to go back to defiance bay though. I almost felt bad.

I can't expose Furrante for his crimes because despite having the letter in my inventory the quest is acting like I don't have it when I talk to him. Aeldys recognized what I had but no one else does.

With unsuppressed Iselmyr it might be quite difficult and you quite likely to get Eder and Iselmyr romance instead. wait that crap overwrites Aloth's romance? As if I didn't have enough reasons to hate it. just don't take Éder...to remove the chance of him laughing at her jokes... Until they fix it . Ah good. Also in combat and Aloth fainted and Eder's all "All this time and Aloth still hasn't learned how to take a hit!" lmao.

Oh thank goodness because that really was a wtf. Well, at least he admitted that explanations in the game were half-assed. I hope they'll have a time to revise those sketchy dialogues with the gods or add some extra explanations in DLCs. Also this only proves my point in having an outside party beta test. That's a perfect example of something no one except someone not working on the game would've caught.

Nah my PC and Aloth managed to CC the whole room long enough for Pallegina, Eder and Takehu to clean up. Oh, nice job. Giacolo died in my game, but I feel like Pallegina appreciated that we tried at least. I really like having talks with her in this game. She kinda steals the shows, when it comes to companions. Yeah she was super pleased we managed to save him so it made that frustration worth it. Plus that necklace (though it's waaaay better on the watcher than on her).

Man I managed to save Pallegina's friend but my god I don't think I could've did it without 2 mages. The cc was soooo necessary to keep him from being one shot.

I find it a bit sad that the stewart doesn't get any new lines, ever. That super bothered me. Having no dialogue with her and Vela is bleh.
