EA shuts down The Know for reporting on EA's current lawsuit investigation and a clip of their Fifa trailer, uses YouTube's broken copyright allegation system. Poor Ashley may be outta a job. The Know is disputing it but even they know that won't do much all things considering.

Yeah! Even the Ubi-haters gotta admit, they make some great games and even excluding that fact, what affects a big company like that affects smaller companies since the industry functions as an ecosystem. Ubisoft ending would be harmful to the industry and beneficial to nobody. I'm glad they won too, love alot of their games

So there's actually 2 high-budget live-action Star Wars tv series, already posted the link to the Darth Vader one. Soul Calibur 6 Beta is off the hook! Been playing it for a few, very addicting and nobody seems to suck.

Today I played a game by DontNod and Crapcom called "Remember Me". You know... It's not hard to make a good cyberpunk story, or a good cyberpunk game but it is hard to build a believable world that's perfectly atmospheric and immersive - one where everything makes sense. That's what DontNod and Crapcom made here though, that's what Remember Me is all about. The city is full of detail and the story is unique, seems like it will be a 10 to 12 hour game at most though so a but short but seeing how good the quality is, this makes sense. Ahhh the Miles and Mary Jane story missions, I take it.

I really wanted Grant Gustin for the Flash kinda like how Stephen Amell was the Green Arrow in Lego Batman 3. I'm still hoping that Jason Mamaoa plays Aquaman for the movie dlc, that would be so cool. Fingers and other things crossed!

Certainly has become more widespread than when I first heard of this 4 years or so ago. Definitely not the weirdest thing you'll find attached to it To be honest, I subscribed to her channel. Not because she's very attractive (which I believe she is) but because I dind her to be very interesting. With most stuff that she thinks up, something almost always goes wrong yet her followers increase. She seems to be an accidental genius, she asks subscribers for $5,000 pledges on her Patreon and they give her the money. It's crazy lol

I actually had to google them, and they only did sequels to someone else's zombie game? Yeah, the Dead Rising sequels. Dead Rising 4 is what docked them at bay though. It was phenomenal on Xbox One but horribly received on pc. I mean, I enjoyed it but people hated that players were given more freedom and removed the time restraints and escort missions. Usually I'm all for renoving player freedom and adding time restraints in rpg's but I was really glad they did this for Dead Rising 4 because it allowed me to explore the nice open world at my own pace, level up my character by tedious grinding. I liked that and saw that an improvement to the franchise. Others saw it as a devolvement and casualization for the series. It's not trolling, Dark Star One is an arcade space game that did alot of sim things better than Wing Commander, alot of people til this day are still butt hurt over it. They got even more butt hurt wjen it was remastered exclusively on Xbox 360 with an array of improvements. The Wing Commander audience was never able to accept that and with their faulty reason, it showed. Quite funny how a cartoony game could do such a thing, but still an anazing game nonetheless. Most people don't know about it but that doesn't mean it didn't happen hehe

Another company bites the dust, Capcom Vancouver shuts down. No more games from perhaps the biggest Capcom franchise. I know I speak for every member here when I say: "Rest in peace, we're going to miss you and your games".

The new Witcher Thronebreaker is a cel-shaded full-blown Crpg without the poor D&D ruleset (replaces combat with card mini game) also featues full top-notch voice acting This gameplay video will show you what it's all about. It kinda reminds me of Pyre in a way. Looks beautiful!

I'm really digging this, it appears to be an MP game in the essence of Team Fortress 2. If you watch the trailer, you'll probably notice there's alot of nods to Dead Rising, Lolipop Chainsaw and Resident Evil. These devs are obviously Crapcom fans and that's a good thing. I'm going to keep an eye on this and follow what happens. If interesting enough, I might just try it out, though can't say I'm not an MP gamer by any means - I work better alone. (Link removed, Injurai beat me to it) Celebrate Halloween this year with some remastered Castlevania! It doesn't get better than this, it's almost as if they were originally designed to be okayed on a DS4 controller. You can pre-order these now. I'm not sure how in the world we're getting Lego games and fighting games with far more depth and freedom in character creation and customization than the most complex rpg's and mmo's but that is what's happening. Also, just look at those portraits!! Sony waving that white flag and finally announcing they will be enabling cross-play on PS4. So you'll be able to play Fortnite on PS4 against someone who's on android. Essentially, it's going to be the most fluid cross-play because Sony's like "If we do it, we're gonna do it like Nike!"

The thread itself has proven your point already. If we're being honest, it's gotten pretty bland now, since the drama died down. Starlink is another Ubisoft masterpiece, it is basically the No Man's Sky we actually wanted and never got. Here is a full hour video featuring the gameplay on hard difficulty. You can buy stocks, trade with meechants, fully customize your ships with modular parts. Imagine having gyro-plasmic cannons in one wing pod and a photon-variable cannon in the other. That's possible - as the video shows. God it looks amazing and I'll be purchasing it on PS4 or PC. What I really like is that it seems to take clear inspirations from Star Citizen and Dark Star One. Dark Star One still being held on the bathroon stool for being the best space sim ever made, making Wing Commander seem elementary basic.
