  1. Yup. In addition the higher level character can probably clear locations faster and provide support for others while they level up. I used a level 40 lini for this purpose

Before the 1.1.3 update, whenever the location deck was spread out and displayed (for example, if you're scouting), there was both a button marked "close" on the bottom right and the "x" button on the top right. Now the close button is gone, and only the X button remains. I wonder if the close button can be brought back. It's functionality is duplicated with the "x" button, but it's much easier to reach with my thumb (on a tablet) and is a bigger target to touch. Thanks
  3. here's a crazy tin-foil hat level theory on why we're seeing more bugs than content. The game is not making any money. So the team will be dismissed once they deliver the content promised. Thus if they manage to stretch out delivery of the remaining adventure decks for another 6 months, they have 6 months of job security. Is this paranoid enough? )

I guess I meant to say that the current "bonus" will soon only apply to cash purchases. 40 chests for 20,000 was the original asking price back around launch, so the only thing that will really change is how many times you need to hit the "buy" button. I had to look up the old patch notes, but it seems like the original asking price was for "40 + 10".
  5. Actually 20,000 gold currently gets you 50 chests. After the change, you'd only get 40.
  6. Well this isn't good. So for the people who paid for the full game, the gold earned is now less useful.
  7. And today's challenge actually seems to be "battle hardened steel"- reduce 30 points of combat damage.
  8. The crossbows will be fine since they're not treasure cards. I'm fairly sure I've formed a party with multiple crossbows before.

  10. Thanks for adding some developer names to the features! I started out being annoyed that the first few things are cosmetic, but it makes sense that not everyone can be working on adding new content or fixing issues
  11. After thinking about this a bit, maybe the actual problem is the lack of an undo mechanism to go back one step. It would be nice to be able to undo everything (except where a random number is involved). For example I sometimes press the "fast forward" button instead of the "trash" button and miss out on discarding cards before a hand reset. Having undo would work if you accidentally press the wrong button to discard instead of recharge. Or in Lem's case, recharge instead of discard.
  12. Yes I agree that makes sense. This happens pretty rarely, but since there's plenty of space on the screen there's no reason the buttons have to be right next to each other.

There are 2 decks that can be shuffled: 1) The location deck This is shuffled by Merisiel's Evade ability as well as Ilsoari's "shuffle" ability 2) The character's deck This can sometimes be shuffled by character powers or by healing. I assume you mean #1. Yes I have noticed that Evade sometimes just ends up putting the monster at the top of the location deck, but I haven't recorded down the number of times in order to see if that's consistent behavior.
  14. Yes, you can even find it again in Quest mode if you're using characters that don't have that card in their decks.
  15. The hermit crab is supposed to require a reroll no matter what you roll the first time. Maybe how this is implemented ends up triggering the Fortunes Herald power
  16. Swipe will definitely not show up in Local Heroes since it's a deck 3 spell. For holy light, you may just be unlucky.
  17. I think the reasoning is that the Legendary gold rewards are repeatable whereas the Normal and Heroic difficulty bonuses are not. It is not quite intuitive, but at least this means that if it's your first time playing, you do not lose out on the party size bonus for Normal difficulty scenarios, which you can never replay (for a reward) with larger parties.
  18. One solution to allow for a retro-active fix- the next time the character receives a power-feat, the game can check to see if the character's # of card-feats is correct. If not, provide a card-feat instead. But if there's no retroactive solution, unfortunately this means that quest mode should not be played for now.
  19. This happens if you close the general store by banishing an item and it's not the last card in the location deck. As soon as the item used to close is banished if you press the arrow button the dice roll is skipped
  20. Is the quest mode level 30 issue fixed? That's what's blocking me from quest mode right now. Also I'm curious about the "full party" gold earning change. I wonder if it scales for parties of >1, or if it only applies to a full party of 6. This will probably have some impact on free to play players since you need to buy 4 more characters to have a full party
  21. More weapon slots means you take up more of the available weapon cards. Which means a smaller pool for the item you want to be drawn from.
  22. If you're specifically hunting for a weapon, bring a full party of 6, especially those with many weapon slots.
  23. I have 4 amulets of inescapable location, so the odds are high
  24. Has anyone compiled a list of actual chest drop cards? Kind of curious what the full list is.
