Kotor2 possesses several glitches fixed in the second Kotor1 patch. Like the "all stats reset to 8" stuff. The stuff with the Intel cards and Swoop racing buttons etc.

KOTOR 2, Problem with the Ebon Hawk

If you click on Kreia or Atton does it talk about a "cheat node". Also, is T3 released? -

Cheat Node? -
Q. I cannot get of Goto's Yacht A. You need 2 programs. 1 being "shutdown" (get this from the droid in the starting room) and "Power Control" (get this from the console in the room where the Exile was). Now upload these if you haven't done already on the Bridge (see map) and use Shutdown on the Power...[

GeForce 6600GT. 1024x768 with medium graphics (and notched up a bit). Runs fine with 15+ FPS all the time, except if I get in a grapegrowing place... Had some graphical glitches in the begin, but the latest drivers fixed that. And further the occassional CTD once in the 10 hours, but that's it...

Mario Power-Up Prank, Bomb squad called.
Hassat Hunter replied to sega-soldier's topic in Way Off-Topic
Yup, that's the one. The article in my newspaper didn't mention he asked the driver to turn on that song though... ah well... -

Not to long ago somebody in Brittain was arrested because he was singing in the cab... the song he was singing (and he was listening on his MP3-player) contained the line "war is coming, battles will start soon" (or something like that, the papers here had it translated in Dutch and I now have to revert that without having the paper next to me with the exact song-quote...) -
M4-78 Restoration Project: WIP!!
Hassat Hunter replied to Pavlos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Too bad the TLK file cannot allow that. I suspect they keep fairly within what OE planned meaning that when you arrive the planet has already been poisened and only HK/T3/GO-TO can get out untill you got the poison disabled. Kaah is dead. During the act of poisening (Dark Side Act) Kaah believed that Vash was dead. Because Kaah turned DS Vash did not die when he died despite the 2 having the same lethal bond you and Kreia have. Also explains why you don't die in the end. Sorry... but that's already what OE had planned, the team could change it completely, but I doubt they will... EDIT; poison is actually radiation... -
So I do that painters quest and finish it... but now after I receive my award he calls me trespasser and tries to kill me (wife runs out of the house for help I think). Yielding results in a "Wield Accept" but he will still try to beat the crap out of me... Guess I should join the Dark Brotherhood... Edit; Hehe, lovely to murder some-one without a penalty because they "attacked you" (fighting when you have wielded, thus they attacking you ))

M4-78 Restoration Project: WIP!!
Hassat Hunter replied to Pavlos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Some "use the right parts on the right place" puzzle to disable the poison could be used. You do have to take into account the people who did all that stuff are no longer mods at the moment. And the topic linked to was stickified previously too...; but due to "too many stickies" that one was dropped, together with the art stickies (and probably some more I cannot remember)... There are already many stickies up here in general; and despite merging (stats was 3 stickies) there still are too many. Ofcourse there is space for more stickies in the Spoilers section, and seeing what Gizka and the M4-78 restoration project do they probably should belong in spoilers instead of general... But I am not going to propose that... But what have I to say about it (stickifying) now; nada... -
Prob. nobody cares but whatever... Part IV-3 (Keeping it short this time with just ranting instead of making a story up around it ... love the game, but also love whining/ranting etc.) PS. Is that Oblivion-gate stuff normal? All the spells and effects in the game look gorgious, but that Gate-fire just looks like it came from Doom I

Guess so... poor yankees

M4-78 Restoration Project: WIP!!
Hassat Hunter replied to Pavlos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Alot of the puzzles and maps made for M4-78 had been modified and put into Kotor2. GO-TO's Yacht's computer and droids, the puzzle at the Nar Shaddaa Wharehouse, the Cave sequence on Korriban. Will they be placed on M4-78 or are alternatives placed? -
I guess that would be the avarage QA-testers job... Depends on the game if 100 playthroughs through area X is severly sickening (Let's take for example Dungeon Lords) or still loads of good fun (Example: Majesty) though Silent... You don't wan't to ruin our changes do you Also I think it is mainly because I am an "unknown person (noob)" who writes it wrong... Devs can't keep up with all our alt-works...

And they were BMP before? BMP-to-JPG conversion should lower the size by around 90% (Note: not just go to Explorer and replace the *.bmp with *.jpg but use a photo-editing to do it...)
-
Probably BMP. Convert it to JPG first...

Damn I hate the deletion of the Edit button... ah well, delete and re-posting with new/changed content should do the trick... I assume you ask one of the 3 Khajiit brothers working for the Courier... How did you get such a talk option anyways? Since I just lost my edit button in the progress of writing this, a second post EDIT; Part IV... messing around So I got bored and decided to do some mischief. First I decided to kill some sheep under the nose of a guard. I already noticed during the sheeps feeding periods these sheep were para-normal (they slided to the left and right when eating!) but I risked it anyways. Anyway, the guard did not like my sheep killing action and thus awarded me with 1GP penalty. Like before the Journal told me I had no bounty on me (looked it up after refusing to pay). This guard then called 3 buddies and decided to whack me screaming relevant stuff like "BURGLAR" and such. I died. Attempt 2: Grand Theft Horse. Under the nose of several people I jacked a horse. A guard came to follow me. At a strange looking rock I stopped and got of my Horse. I heard a guard calling for me and quickly got on my horse for the run. Instead of following me on my horse he returned to the city though even if he was standing next to me when I mounted the horse. So I just decided to drive further to hit my first INVISIBLE WALL in the game. Invisible Wall you say? Weren't you talking about TES IV? Yup... I still am. Oblivion seems to have Invisible Walls as to block us from certain parts of the maps... And then not even at the borders of Cyrodiil, but just somewhere in the middle! Having bumped up this wall several times I reached a pretty flamed looking castle. Not soon after I saw my first Oblivion Gate (fugly looking GFX Is it really supposed to look awfull?) and noticed this was the infamous Kvatch (still haven't did ANY MQ-progression after exiting the sewers though). Anyways, not familiar with the things I avoided them (the Gate) and entered the city. Bad idea... one dead Khajiit -End of part IV- Part IV- Epilogue. So while waiting for her to finish I decided to do some FX-Tests. I was standing in a stone gate with wooden fence anyways, and my Elven Blade could use some cutting. But the FX-effects in Oblivion are odd and work practically incorrect. The stone gave NO sound effects 50% of the hits and when it did give effects suddenly the wooden fence started making stone hit sounds too . Hitting the wood worked fine, besides the times it made a stone sound effect. A bum came, and took something from a basket and ate it After a small while the bum was done eating and decided it was time for sleep. He walked to the fence which suddenly mysterically closed (no animation, just 1 frame open, second shut) causing mister bum to moonwalk upon the gate. He noticed though and after a small while the fence re-opened... but he did not open it (as seen by the non-existent physics and the door that went through him, see stories before!). Other fences worked normal for him though. Did some FX-effect testing after that and for some whicked reason all wooden doors and barrels in Skingrad either have (faulty) missing FX or that of the stone hit. What the...? So far Story IV. Keeping you posted on the oddities I meet in the future (and I just know I will meet several every time I load Oblivion!)... PS. And could Oblivion be so nice as to STAY OFF my sound options (specifically the volume of Wave-sounds) *sigh*. Hate to have to reset it back again everytime after playing EDIT; Adding Oblivion gate looks. Is that normal?

In Holland you can just watch what happens in the kitchen (and it would look pretty awkward if one is doing his thing there), is that different in the US? (PS. Just for you Gabrielle, or for all ?)

Carth and Bastila have the same personality and stuff... just a different mesh and skin, that's all... Why hate one and love the other if they are the same (non-look)
-
Who doesn't? Instead of just asking here I would suggest a PM to one of the OE-QA-testers that are browsing the forums (Joseph Bullock)... see if you get an answer and if you get one you can be sure it is ALOT more trustworthy that the post of some random person...

If you set the EnableScreenshot in the ini correct Print screen should give a pic (in BMP) in the Root Oblivion map (NOT the my games map) Damn lucky ******. All I got for my birthday was Oblivion itself

Yup. All my previous backgrounds for my PC where big cats too (Tiger/Lion/Lynx) except 1... What can I say; they are big cats, and thus look pretty... Somebody watched Life of Brian recently :D
