You don't collect rewards for dayly. They come automatically. Also it Sounds that game Center or google play Are not working as intended in here. Try to shut them down and restart / relogging...

That is most likely reason. If you use it another characters turn the game may check the Divine of character whose turn it is, and find out that there is not Divine... there has been cases that it has happened.
