I suppose only dex matter, whity 18 dex monk i won a three games in a row, with my 3 dex chanter was quite rare to win... But maybe is just random, i have not done much intensive testing

But anyway that talent is rather bad for you since you have low accuracy, the dozen one will be more helpful in your run

Remember the quest in ondra gift at the valian embassy? The quest in wich you have to take something to copperlane... In the end you can side with droemels And agree to kill vizent or whetever name he has. Doing so wins for you an invitati in in droemels house

I thougt can be useful with all' the aoe Spells, often some mobs remain alive whit healt in red... But since it works only for 10% of life i feel it is too limite. Better more def or ice DMG boost

I'm sure that che carries many scar Armor regeneration gets suppressed by costant/rapid recovery

Works Also with spells or only with physical attacks? Spells that applies DMG multiple times ( es chill fog ) can crit with higher chance in low healt enemyes?

Yes, for be balaced or at least useful you should have a level dependent accuracy buff ( not flat +12) And hit to crit conversion instead of graze to hit

What if... you had a weapon in offhand? Why you would want a second weapon that will obviously lower the rate of fire of the abused hammer? Durgan shield for life

Actually i can change the shield, i just can't remove the weapon. I checked And 2h weapon talent works, so i've gone for both sword & shield talent And 2h talent. Very good
