Ha anyone tried NWN2 on Windows 7? I ask this because there's been some reported issues and I was wondering if they had been fixed (after all I'm going to be upgrading soon and will most likely hit Windows 7 right when it's being released - thus I could go with Vista and a free upgrade later or Windows 7 from the start). So, again, how's NWN2 run on Win 7?

As I said in another thread, when this was brought up, if this had been on a service that did not use DRM -id est GoG.com- I would have bought it. As it is I think that I will pass until I actually need to re-buy the game.

Neverwinter Nights 2 - I decided that I should actually play through it as a whole, from start to finish, and thus have started a Yuan-Ti Pureblood thief.

Of the three? Assassin's Creed. Halo 3 is bad, Fable II is not much better, but the last one at least tried to be a decent game.

Humm... I did once have a driver error similar to what you describe when I was playing Oblivion, so I guess you could check that.

But it is not normal for the game to make your entire system re-boot. That indicates another issue.

Is your graphics card overheating? That would be my guess.

I would tend to agree with Gorth, the Source build Bloodlines uses is an older beta -blame Valve for not wanting to overshadow Half Life 2- and thus is more buggy than other games that use the engine. Still, it's worth a shot.
