  1. The download manager would help there as you can pause and resume downloads from GoG when using it. EDIT: It's only about half a gig, not too bad.
  2. I agree.
  3. Anyways, you'll still want the GoG version in my opinion.
  4. Fallout 3 was "meh" at best, nothing great -particularly put next to the first two- but then it's Bethesda we're talking about.
  5. I guess I like it enough to pick it up now that it's only $19.99 at most places - still, I would have liked a more developed faction system and the re-spawn rate should have been cut to near zero.
  6. That's easier than you make it out to be.
  7. I'm still playing RE5 and, despite what people have said, the AI is actually semi-helpful. o.0
  8. If it were on Steam and I lost my copy - yes, I might buy it. However, if it were on Good Old Games I would buy it even if I had not lost my copy - quid est demonstrandum I prefer GoG to Steam.
  9. It's real (not that anyone was saying it was not): “Of course, we can’t and won’t try to deny the facts. The movie that appeared on the various sites yesterday presents our newest project, The Witcher 2, which we’ve been working on for some time. We made something about half year ago, to present the first playable version of the game.”
  10. Resident Evil 5 - So far so good, although it's nothing great it's fun and that's good enough when it comes to RE.
  11. The thing I really don't like is that you have to attach your game to a single account - and you can only do that once I think.
  12. Well I made an impulse buy and got Resident Evil 5 for the PC.
  13. Gee, what a ****ing surprise. Hey, that doesn't mean anything - I have several GFWL games and I do not use Live or do the achievements either.
  14. Well I'm feeling better than last night - still not great but getting better. Also, I do use dancing to help with this sort of thing but it doesn't always work.
  15. I hate my life... At least at this moment - most likely it's just another brief bout of depression and it'll be gone in a few days. But, ****, I do loath my life and everything about it at the moment.
  16. That might have been the issue.
  17. I would not go above 25-30 myself, no point really, but you should be able to go to 50 without issue if I remember correctly. That is if we are talking about things like stealth and repair - otherwise stick to numbers below 20 for the main stats -strength, dexterity, etc.- to be safe.
  18. You most likely pushed a skill too high, that's what normally triggers this bug.
  19. I just reinstalled Planescape: Torment.
  20. It's related to the cheats - you pushed something pat the limit and that is the result. The only things you could do are try loading an earlier save or editing your companions via the KSE (Kotor Save-game Editor).
  21. GoG users seem to disagree - although, again, they are more likely to be biased in favor of the game than, say, a Halo kiddy.
