Halo is a series of console games, although this is not strictly true as two have been ported to the PC, that are notorious for being hyped while they are, in fact, mediocre at best.

That is because of bigotry and hatred, not the dress itself. Unless they are saying that all dresses are evil and cause violence... But, if that's true, then they've got other issues...
On XP try:

On Vista try either:
"C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Petroglyph\Empire At War\Save"
Or:
"C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Empire At War\Save"
I think those paths are correct - if not then I'll install the game again and see if I can find the correct one.
Well, I finished the homebrew pen-and-paper system I was working on and set a time and place for our first meeting so, yeah, I'm happy about that. Now all I need to do is remember to remind people next week...
Try manually uninstalling KotOR II (id est deleting all of the files yourself) and then run CCleaner to take care of the registries. After this try to install the game.
