I would most likely choose one of the Total War games, maybe Rome or Medevil II, but Starcraft is a classic and should not be discarded either.

How cheap? If you want a good laptop for about $600-$800 a Vostro 1500 might be good.

No, he is not. No, they cannot - their graphics might be better than last generations but they have nothing on PCs. And, of course, the graphics of the games -excluding Halo 3 due to the fact that it was only on the 360- were better on the PC. He is. then get a good PC. Nor is it showing what high-end, or even mid-to-low end, PCs can do. It is not trying to be the best looking game out there - it is trying to be the best selling game out there. One that can run on any PC that can run WoW. False. Just false.
