New SW game ideas?

You could try plugging a new CPU into the MB to see it that was the issue.- Dragon Age Origins
Yes... Yes, they are.- Dragon Age Origins
Why? As long as they're legal and regulated to prevent abuse they're no different than any other business.- Motherboard go BOOM!
That's most likely an error code that we could use to help tell what the problem is if we knew your chipset.- Motherboard go BOOM!
True, and in fact a bit of searching turned up this tidbit. Now, I'm still not sure this is your problem Calax, as it does not look like a common BIOS virii issue, they mainly try to tell you that your system is infected with a fake virus and that you need to buy their fake cure as far as I can tell, -it also seems an odd virus for a .torrent file as many of those are keyloggers or the like- but it is nice to know that they are out there. It seems that re-flashing the chip might work if this were the problem as well but I'm not sure you should try that unless you know that a virus is the issue. I would use a system that is not the target type if an infection is suspected although, yes, you could use a non-Linux system.- Motherboard go BOOM!
Beeps, numbers, anything like that... You can also check the chip as I've had them go bad on me before. Linky- What you did today
It's most likely not a virii - but, yes, you're going to go insane.- Motherboard go BOOM!
Have you checked your BIOS? If not that's what I would do. you pull one out and slap the other in - it's not that hard.- Motherboard go BOOM!
I've not heard of a virus killing a motherboard before - are you sure it was a virus and not a bad part? If you are concerned take your HD and attach it to a Linux system and then scan for virii using that.- What you did today
I just hung out with a freind for about four hours, we were supposed to be planning a pen-and-paper game but ended up never getting around to it - oh well, we're going to meet again soon though so we can do it then.- Dragon Age Origins
He's still not compleatly correct though.- Dragon Age Origins
Sometimes, and sometimes they are not. Not really - there have been brothels that were not so bad and some brothels that were extremly bad.- New SW game ideas?

Maybe... Have you tried different drivers yet? It might be that you had a version that worked before but do not have it now.- Main Menu locking up
You know... IF you really have a x64 and not a x86-bit system that might be the issue...- Main Menu locking up
The CPU should be fine, ignore that bit of "advice" - it was pure bull**** and chips.- Witcher enhanced edition bis
That's odd as I have never had the issue nor has anyone else I know ho has x86 Vista.- What you did today
