I'm installing Galactic Civilizations I as I bought it for $0.99 via Impulse -it's still on sale if you use this code: GC1ULTIMATE99- and playing Overlord I while I wait for that to get done. Overlord II is also waiting in the wings just in case I need something else to play.
It might also be a SecuROM trigger - I seem to remember that there was one around that level that would make your game slow down so much that it became unplayable.
Yes. You neglect the fact that some of us do not buy Starbucks for the same reason we think the DLC is not that great - it's too expensive for what you're getting.
I'vr played through it and it is an interesting little quest... However it is a stretch to say that it's worth $7. If it had been in the $2.00-$4.00 range it would be worth it - but currently the price is a bit high for what you're getting.
That's semi-incorrect. Some people have found that the DLC has caused their saves to become unusable offline as it wants to check with your account when it tries to access that content. I've not had that issue myself but I've not played offline either. I guess I'll try it tonight and see.
I would write something about the professor topic but, seeing as it's about 3:30 in the morning here and I need to get up tomorrow, I think I'll let it wait until later.
That would be unfortunate as the PC I'm building now will be running Windows 7 x64. I'm starting to think that, despite the advantages,I should have gotten a x86 version as well (while it's on sale for $30).
From the Social Website's FAQ:
You cannot update your email address on this site - you would need to go to profile.ea.com to manage the email address associated with your EA account. Note that this would change it for all EA games and sites!
Oh, thanks! I had not noticed that.
Argg... I found out something annoying. The BioWare SocialNetwork Account for Dragon Age is tied to a single e-mail address that cannot be changed. In other words all the DLC you might get is tied to that address - so if you change it down the line...
I'm playing with one and doing ok I guess - but then I'm also using some of the experimental hotfixes and mods to make weapons use both dexterity and strength when attacking.
I can agree that this is the case - even people who know that I'm over 17 request an ID just in case the bossman is looking. And that's not just as GameStop, Best Buy and other stores have the same policy.
