Both yes and no. The AIDS/HIV virus is extremely hard to transmit via blood - in fact one could hold infected material in the palm of one's hand and not be infected (barring a cut or other puncture in the skin).

Hummm... Yes, your Intel Chipset might not work - there's some tweaks you might try but don't get your hopes up. KotOR II does not Intel GPUs.

I'm playing "re-install Steam after a crash corrupted it" - and it's actually not much fun. Luckily I have the expansion pack "backed-up Steam files" and it's supposed to be a lot better than the original.

That's likely the reason - somewhere the game got glitched. Try going back to an earlier save.

What's your specs?

Seeing as I just (re)bought it via Steam I think some KotOR might be good.

You would need some sort of converter if the new motherboard has only SATA ports and you have an IDE HD.
