Is my idea oked or do I need to think up another character? If all is well I'll write up the backstory and have it to you by the end of this week, if not I'll come up with a new race/class combination.

Bah, I picked up a copy of "Two Worlds Epic Edition" for $15 today and now wish I hadn't as the DRM used is not the kind I want my money supporting (something I only found out after opening the box and reading something about activating the game via a phone or the internet). Before I install, is there a way to get back used activations or is the game useless after three goes?

Wasn't that "spoiler" part of the original game description posted by Obsidian?

What that doesn't address is things such as "renting" out government property for $1 for rallies and the like.

I'm thinking about a Tiefling rogue, although that might mean that our party has two thief-types.

There are sometimes watercooling editions of cards available, I don't know if that's helpful -I'm really not that familiar with watercooling- but if there was a pre-prepared one available that fit your needs that might be an option to consider.

If it's anything like the D&D games I ran via a forum awhile back* it will be a more-or-less dice-free game (excluding any rolls the DM might make). *Blank, if you've got any questions feel free to ask - although I'm sure you'll do a great job.

Sometimes that's true and sometimes it's not. While I think that all the 5970s are reference designs -id est the stock coolers, clocks, etc.- you might want to make sure as non-reference designs can make one type better than other. XFX, if they make that card yet, is another company you might want to look at since their double-lifetime-guaranty, basically a transferable-warranty, might help if you ever want to re-sell the GPU (or simply need to REM it down the line, most cards come with more stringent time-limits). Yeah, if I remember correctly Advanced Dungeons & Dragons -that's what 2 and 2.5 are, right?- has some significant differences from 3 and 3.5. Still, it's a classic system.

I would think that there would be more pen-and-paper players here than on most forums, excluding those devoted to that, and I would hope that we'll get at least three-four more players. Still, you're correct that this part of the forum is rarely visited.

Wow... Again, you have completely missed the point. I don;' think anyone here is saying that a person has the right to shove porn in your face but if someone is watching porn on their PSP/phone/iPod/netbook and you purposely look at their screen then you, and not the watcher, are the one at fault. Frankly, as you mentioned, there are already public decency laws in most countries and so I fail to see why you're, again, making such a big deal about the hypothetical porn-on-a-phone scenario as it would be covered under those if the person was really being that disruptive. But, hey, maybe you're just more intune with what people do on their phones than I am (I've never been that interested in other people's phones).
