  1. Hello again, It sounds like a hardware issue then. Are you getting a BSOD when the game crashes? What is the windows message that pops up? Could you please take a screenshot? Try running Windows Update and download/install critical updates.
  2. You can find the files I require by clicking on the link in my signature. Please upload the files via dropbox or any other cloud storage site.
  3. Hello plneuber, Could you please upload a save file and an output log so I can take a look? Thank you for your support.
  4. Hello everyone, Thanks for pointing this out to us. I have gone ahead and entered a bug report into our database. Thank you for your support and keep up the good work!
  5. Hello nettonn, Welcome to the forums and I apologize for the inconveniences. It appears you are missing some assets according to your output log. Just verify your game cache and that should fix your issue. In your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Let me know how that goes. Thank you for your support.
  6. Hello Crc64, Welcome to the forums and I apologize for the inconvenience. As PX1player has mentioned, reload you save and see if you can continue the fight w/out issues. For whatever reason, the Woedica Headman is still alive when they both should be attacking you. Do you recall what happened that caused the Statue to stay in place and not become hostile. Could you please upload the save before the fight so I can see if I can reproduce the issue? Thank you for your support.
  7. Hello countspongebob, Welcome to the forums and I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you playing through steam? Please verify your game cache and see if that fixes your issue. Could you please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox? If you have a save before defending your keep would be very helpful. Thank you for your support.

  11. Hello thebigJ_A, I went and tested this out myself and was unable to reproduce the issue. Then I also saw your EDIT post. I'm sure it was just a save/load issue. Thank you for your support.
  12. Hello Rubix, As Cantousent has advise, please upload a save file and an output log. Have you tried loading an earlier save to see if this continues to happen? It seems like your save file has been corrupted.
  13. Hey everyone, Did any of you by any chance use the console command UnlockAllMaps at any point? Could you please upload a screenshot and a save file? Thanks
  14. Hello Mroczne Ostrze, Welcome to the forums! I apologize for the inconvenience. I took a look at your logs, and it seems that you are missing quite a few files. In your steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verity Integrity of Game Cache. If that doesn't work, make sure that your graphics card has the latest drivers installed. Thank you for your support.
  15. Hello plneuber, Could you please upload a save file and output log via dropbox so I can take a look? Thanks a bunch!

  21. Hello Veho, Welcome to the forums and I apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried launching Steam or the game as an Administrator? Do you have enough memory space on your hard drive? Thanks!
  22. Hello LightLance, I loaded up your save and saw the issue you were experiencing, since you loaded up an earlier save the the issue went away, I will mark this as a minor bug and enter it into our database. Thank you for your support.
  23. Hello QUtrit, If the issue ever comes up again, please makes sure to upload a save and an output log so I can take a look. Thanks a bunch!
  24. Hello Teramage, I have uploaded both of your save and the first one you uploaded was in Galvino's Workshop and you have completed the battle already. But I was able to active the forge and complete the quest. I was also able to do this with your second save. Reload your fight save and see if you can complete the quest. Could you please upload a save before the fight and a save showing the issue at hand along with an output log? Without having a save before the issue to see if we can reproduce the issue, it is extremely difficult to see what the problem is and how to fix it. As for your current save, there is nothing we can do. Hopefully someone can upload a before save and then we can try to reproduce the problem. Thank you all for your support and patience in this matter.
