  2. I also had a somewhat similar experience a few years back. I was in Iraq and my wife at the time was increasingly distant and just all around different towards me. I tried talking to her about it several times but I never really got anywhere so one day I resigned myself to dirty deed of checking her email. I knew her password as she did mine, we were married after all but I had never checked her email before and to this day I still feel guilty about it. When I found out she was cheating I confronted her about it and even though I felt justified that I was right in my assumptions and I'm glad that I found out sooner rather than later, I'm not proud of what I did.
  3. The nurses that I know either work 5 8 hour shifts or 3 12 hours shifts a week depending on their schedule and work environment. 70k is a bit on the high side but I guess it all depends where you are. Is being a nurse something that you really want to do or is it the thought of making good money for only 3 days of work a week that attracts you? If it's just the money and you don't mind staying in school then be a surgeon, that's what my nurse friends tell me is the best pay for the least work.
  4. This is great news! The first MechWarrior game is what introduced me to PC gaming. Now I just have to wait for them to announce their Shadowrun game.
  5. Bike handles. Damn. Beat me to it.
  6. Watchmen and Traitor. I had never even heard of the Watchmen until this movie came out but I really liked it. Traitor... it's got Don Cheadle and Don Cheadle = Awesome.
  7. That's the same way I have always done defense.
  8. All of his craziness aside, his music was a big part of my childhood. RIP
  9. Too drastic, try boxer briefs first... baby steps.
  10. What's Legend of the Seeker about? I've never heard of it. I watched Nomad last night. It could have been a lot better but it wasn't bad. I'm also not very picky ... and it's in Kazakhstan. Greatest country in the world All other countries are run by little girls Kazakhstan number one exporter of potassium Other countries have inferior potassium
  11. I think it's stupid to ask Microsoft to provide the software of their rivals and I don't see a problem with them including IE as long as it is optional and can be removed. Honestly I don't think many people would be able to even get another browser without first having one to go to a website and download it.
  12. I was going to suggest Baldur's Gate Nights but it doesn't really roll off the tongue
  13. I'd prefer something more alike to Deep Space: Nine. Getting thrown on some remote planet/space station and dealing with pretty much everything ranging from political intrigue, over-sexed Betazoids to an alien threat from an unknown part of the galaxy for instance the obscure Tholian Assembly or the Breen. A Deep Space 9 type scenario would be my first choice as well but I think something resembling the original series would be an easier sell due to the movie's success.
  14. You are my hero. ...and the guy who said Shadowrun, you're in my wolf pack.
  15. Tim Kang, the guy who plays Cho, is hilarious on the show. It's like his character should be on Dragnet instead.
  16. I saw The Hangover a couple of days ago and I have to say that it was one of the funniest movies that I've seen in a long, long time.
  17. That reminds me, did anyone see Will Ferrell on Man vs Wild?
  18. I saw The Inbetweeners seasons 1 and 2 over the weekend. Hilarious. I had never heard of it before but a buddy of mine is stationed with a bunch of Brits in Gibraltar and recommended it highly as do I. What's the deal with 6 episode seasons though?
  19. not sure why, but i've seen that movie like 10 times now. i love it, for whatever reason. taks Maybe because it's awesome? No wait, it's...greeeeeeeeeen! super green
  20. I have uncommon first and middle names but most people mess up the spelling on my last name. Even then they usually just guess the wrong vowel as I commonly see it as both Jenson and Jensen, which is what I use.
  21. I've never dated a woman that actually liked mushrooms. They've always said it was the texture they didn't like... odd.
