  1. I also have no shame when it comes to my own behavior but I do get shy and embarrassed for others. Go figure

  3. Okay fair point, I don't want to undermine any exercise that people are currently doing Even this? I still do mostly bodyweight exercises like pull ups, pushups and dips but I can't run as much as I used to or else I can't walk for a few days after. I've added a stationary bike, row machine, and elliptical to try to compensate but I really miss running outdoors

  5. Nice! I had to look up Bovril I'm working really late so I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John's Interesting, I assumed you got Bovril in the USA. Its absolutely delicious, sometimes its best just to have in on toast with loads of butter. Nope, but I'm learning all the things you guys eat like bovril, vegemite, and marmite

  7. I enjoyed it a lot but it came after the Marines so I was used to pullups and pushups and crunches and the like I wasn't trying to get bigger or anything nor did I have any kind of goals in mind other than just staying in shape and keeping a routine
  8. I used to do only bodyweight but I've added some light weights and other equipment

  19. The problem with switching to bikes is mostly location for me. I'm near the middle of the city and their isn't much in the way of places to ride that I don't have to drive a ways to get to. That doesn't stop a lot of people who seem to like to ride in the middle of the street and on sidewalks but I can't say that appeals to me I workout 3 to 5 times a week depending on my work schedule
