I haven't really been following this too closely but is it a hard cap? If they are still doing objective based XP instead of kill and quest XP maybe the critical path plus the most obvious side quests brings you to around 11 or 12 but a completionist may be able to get a level or two more

I was playing SWTOR with the missus last night and she makes an offhand comment about being surprised how many other women also play the game. Interest piqued, I asked her what made her think that a lot of women play to which she responded that I just needed to look around and see all the female characters. I literally fell out of my chair laughing She can understand that a woman "may" play a male character either to hide or to fit in but still thinks it's weird but the concept of a man masquerading as a woman....

The difference is pretty much just the grip. Pronated (palms away, pull up) or supinated (palms facing, chin up) as 213374U said I usually don't know the technical name for anything but I spent 5 years praying at the altar of the pull up/chin up (Marine Corps)

Generally speaking, I've seen people have higher pull up numbers than chin ups. Especially the larger guys.
