  1. Just saw it. Nice ending. Heart-warming and fuzzy. Still don't understand a damn thing, but then I knew I never would after they ended up in the sixties.. Oh well, grabbing the last two episodes of '24'. J.
  2. What IS the island? Why can't anyone see it? What IS this electromagnetic energy? How was the Dharma Initiative gonna harness/use it? For what? Why does a guy turn into smoke when he's pushed into a glowing cave? Are we supposed to look for the answer in the Bible? Is the whole thing some good vs. evil Bible-analogy? I should stick to '24'.. J.
  3. I agree. The writers of Lost trifle with philosophical topics far beyond their comprehension, trying to give the show a "theosophical" ending, or whatever. I was under the impression that show was intended for an entirely different audience, seeing as how they fill it up with time travel and all sorts of geekish topics. They should get John Boorman to write the script for them. I remember his interpretation of Thomas Malory's description of Merlin's cave in "Excalibur"; "Here you enter the coils of the Dragon. Here my power was born. Here all things are possible and all things meet their opposites." They should've introduced their "glowing cave" 3 series ago, not two episodes before the ending. J.
  4. Food Inc. should be in the elementary school curriculum. I should add, in Europe as well. Same stuff happening over here.
  5. n/m. I didn't know. They just looked like Americans. I just lived there for 3 yrs you know, and there is an American look. I don't hate America. At all. I actually considered moving there. Nothing going on in Norway. Ever. Ok?.. Me loves US. J.
  6. That they serve us fillers a few episodes before the ending just goes to prove that they have given up completely. They'll kill off all the chars in the last episode and leave the audience scratching their heads. Crap show. J.
  7. Night job - junk food - computer games. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. I'd try and get a day job. Jogging, sunlight, water and vitamins. Also, if you really want a deep shift, see if you're ready for Sri Niz. gassh
  8. I have to ask, did you even watch last season and the first episode of this season? Otherwise you would know there are two time lines. The original time line when everyone crashed on the island in 2004 and the alternate time line when the island blew up in 1977 and is at the bottom of the ocean and the plane never crashed in 2004. Between the time-jumps, nose-bleeding and imaginary nukes, I guess I missed it. Good thing there are many lively Lost-communities on the internet which present a rich variety of theories. I guess they're going for the obscure-cult-series of the year award.. djeez.. J.
  9. wtf 'bout time they wrap it up soon, and stop elaborating on Jin's past. Total chaos. J.
  10. Thanks for the reply, my question was a little unclear; Was just thinking if anymore FR games will be releasing since now we have Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter stories already; Was hoping there is more since all these games has been proven successful. I=) Bioware is focusing entirely on their own sword'n sorcery IP atm, so I doubt we'll ever see more Forgotten Realms from them. Obsidian's big FR-game was.. IS, NWN2. Obsidian has announced they'll do a Wheel of Time CRPG for Red Eagle next, so you probably won't see any FR-stuff from OE in a while either. If ever. Let's hope WoT will give us the next soulful "Kuldahar-tune" crpg-kick that we crave.. J.
  11. About as mystical as a single sperm turning into a big babbling Volo.. J.
  12. They'd snipe him.. Change.. comes little by little. Soon you're.. COMMIES!.. MUHAHAHA... erm.. J.
  13. Ya'll do realize, if you invade, it'll be like Iraq. There won't be any stability for decades. It's your foreclosures and your tax-dollars, suckers. J.
  14. So who is good Sawyer then? The one who returned from the island the first time, and then he turned good? Or someone who never went to the island in the first place?
  15. White rice, a tofu-based sloppyjoes with a decent tomatoe sauce I cooked up earlier, and a simple salad. For drink - half a gallon of my own pellegrino /apple-nectar mix. 6 parts pel. 3 parts nectar.
  16. Cool. There are two Sawyers, one good and one bad, living in separate universes and timelines, who both crashed on a non-existant island in an unknown location, and they both crashed there twice, and returned, and lived different lives, in different dimensions, having different relationships with all the characters in different timelines and dimensions.. Okelido.. I hope the black smoke kills them all. In some.. gruesome way.. J.
  17. I'm totally confused. Time-travel, good Sawyers and bad Sawyers.. What a mess. It'll end in some cryptic way, and everyone will be left scratching their heads wondering what it was all about. Way to ruin a good TV-show. Season 1 and 2 were cool. J.
  18. It's not that I disagree. I just have NO freaking idea what you are saying. It
  19. Brilliant, but expected. AE911Truth show staying power, perps get irritated. They've demonized Ahmadinejad to the degree where people froth with hatred as soon as the c***ie opens his mouth. Perfect tool. Lump him in with the "truthers", and voila - people hate said group even more. Hang in there.. they'll rezz Bin Laden too, before this is over. I promise you. J.
  20. Recipe; 1 good writer 1 good artist 1 deep and sincere storyteller-voice (Hrothgar IWD1 ?) Mix with interested developers who don't take themselves too seriously, and a publisher which doesn't overhype the game 12 months in advance, and bake until dark and crispy.. J.
  21. Its practically manga. Yuck. Horrible manga at that. (of course I hope nobody remembers the Baldurs Gate comic, which was almost as bad) They should use Juan Ramirez, who made the concept art for my favourite game - Myth II.. http://www.bungie.net/projects/myth/asset_...c=31&item=6 J.
