Man, Argentina suddenly stepped up their game after looking weak. Cilessen is on the top of his game though. Hilarious moment there.

So far only Argentina has flopped around like dying swans. That last one didn't even get touched and got a free kick out of it, even though a player was offside. EDIT: Offside again and got a corner out of it. Pay attention refs.

From now on, this will be the thread where you can discuss in-game romances and its bearing on Pillars of Eternity. But first, I want to make something perfectly clear, because it's been brought up a few times now. There is absolutely no concentrated effort to close romance threads on the part of the mods, and there never was. The reason romance threads often get closed is because people tend to go off-topic or derail the thread by making fun of or insulting those who disagree with their view, not because it's about romances. In other words, the problem with these threads is everyone who immediately decides to derail the thread simply because they are tired of the subject, not the people wishing to discuss it. Romance in PoE Thread Rules - This thread is for people who wish to actually discuss the roleplaying merits of romances (or lack thereof) in regards to Pillars of Eternity. You can lament or celebrate that they are not included, argue why the game would have been better or worse, give examples from games that did it well or did it poorly, talk about modding efforts to add it in, or discuss how it might be included in future expansions or installments and anything related to those subjects. - Anyone posting simply to go "psh, silly promancers / anti-mancers" or "I'm so tired of this subject, we've done this a million times" or "I will boycott if it has/doesn't have romances" will find their posts deleted. If the thread goes off-topic or gets very hostile, it will get pruned. - Other romance threads will either be deleted or merged into this one. Knock yourselves out.

Don't worry so much about what Tigs will or won't do. Your character and playthrough are unique and different from his. Show what you deem is entertaining and interesting.

Caught up on forum business after I was away all day yesterday. Visited a German amusement park called Phantasialand with my family, wasn't extremely big but had some of the best and most beautifully themed rides. Their new log flume ride Chiapas especially is worth visiting (or looking up an onride youtube video of) having the biggest log flume drop in the world, and their B&M Rollercoaster Black Mamba is a great ride as well. B&M makes the best coasters, so fluid. Intense experience without getting banged up like in a Mack or Intamin.

Joke thread closed, not before being pruned. Went off topic almost instantly and was meant just to get a rise out of people.

Finally caught up on the games after being stuck traveling all day yesterday. Gotta say, Costa Rica made that game so amazingly boring. It's a good thing not all soccer games are elimination, because if more teams played like that everyone would stop watching the sport out of sheer frustrated boredom. Time to see if Holland can beat the amazing Messi and his pointless meatpuppets. Looking forward to Germany - Brazil, though I wish Brazil had lost their last match because they played like jerks.
