  1. But six is Satan's number!11one
  2. You are most welcome. Curious, how much time percentage wise are you spending in Neketaka? Hmm. I'm rather slow when it comes to playing through games, and I'm still rather early into the game, so... I'd say it's been around half of the time logged on the save.
  3. I’d like to use this opportunity to say that I absolutely love the music in Neketaka! It makes me feel so... relaxed. Perfect for a hub. Especially the Queen’s Berth track. Thank you for that piece.
  4. Hey, that's my navigator too! He's adorable, and his diet consists of seagulls. Mine too! Especially since Engrim keeps getting himself injured! Are you implying you let Engrim go? Madness! Here's the thing: for me, Engrim's like the one Magranite I actually liked. I mean, teaching Vela how to drink ale? Uncle Engrim may not be the sturdiest navigator, but he's clearly got his parenting skills maxed. He's like a Durance who hasn't forgotten to take his happy medicine. I, for one, can respect a man like that.
  5. I don't know what you guys are on about. I love huge content-filled cities in games, and Neketaka sure felt way more city-ish than Defiance Bay. That said, Defiance Bay probably had more stuff to do overall.
  6. Abydon's skeleton in the White March rises to wreak havoc upon Eora! Dozens are killed!
  7. Get Konstanten, he's a hoot with that over-the-top voice of his. Also, his big hands may be his only character trait, but at least he's honest about it. Where does he live? I haven't found any sidekicks. Upper floor of the Wild Mare in Queen's Berth district in Neketaka. He's uh, one of the entertainment facilities there.
  8. Check the Difficulty tab in the game's options. Make sure that "Show Companion Relationship Info" setting is on - without that, you won't be able to see your relationships in the Relationships screen.
  9. I know this really doesn't have to do anything with the topic at hand, and I apologize in advance, but... I can't stop staring at your avatar.

  11. Great to hear that! Give him plenty of love.
  12. So Theos has this elaborate plan to empower Woedica to become ruler over the other gods by feeding her a whole bunch of baby souls, the Watcher foils that plan only to give her the baby souls anyway and then it just never comes up again or matters at all? Even in direct conversations with Woedica and the gods who overthrew her in the first place? This is the kind of choice you don't put in if you aren't going to do anything with it becaue not doing anything with it is in and of itself a retcon. You're right, but in this case I think that, perhaps, they weren't really sure whether they would be making a sequel down the road - after all, PoE was something of a financial risk for Obsidian. The "let the bad guy win" options aren't really problematic if you don't intend to go beyond just one game.
  13. This can't be coincidental. It just cannot be... can it? Anyway, I applaud any anchor(wo)man who is able to deliver such a headline with a straight face.
  14. I don't know man, made me want to dump Maia and court Hylea instead. She's just too adorable. Right until your ship gets bombarded by a barrage of bird poop, you mean.
  15. What's with gods peeping into the love life of your companions, anyway? Do they have nothing better to do? I mean, spoilers... What the hell were you thinking, Engwithans.
  16. Aramintai's linked this mod in one of the topics about bugged relationships. It's technically an additional cheat console, but the relationship adjustment component also enables you to painlessly check the underlying point values for every companion in your party. With that info, you can do a quick check before and after the increase to see if they're being counted.
  17. I... don't get it. Are we supposed to fight now?
  18. He's mentioned at least twice that he's been thinking about making a bike RPG (!) with a smaller indie studio as something of a breather project, so that's probably what's next for him.
  19. I suspect this may have been reported many times already, but... For those who have played New Vegas, there's a certain oddly familiar face occupying the upper floor of the Wild Mare in Neketaka: You click on him and he says... well, what else: Sure, it's a silly little easter egg, but it made me grin like an idiot.
  20. I like you. You are clearly a man of refined tastes.
  21. So, the patron saint of the internet.
  22. I don't mind Cernd, but Anomen was perhaps the most punchable of all companions in BG2. Everything the guy does just oozes "I'M A HUGE ANAL CREVICE".
  23. Implying he isn't a total hypocrite? His whole concept of a slave god seems paradoxical to say the least. I don't know. He always struck me as the god who'd probably have plenty of worshippers in real life. The jealous neighbor, the underappreciated office worker, Chris Avellone - they'd all be prime candidates for devoted Skaenites. What he represents tends to get a bit too real for me. Which, admittedly, is also the most terrifying thing about him.
  24. Well, it's again that time of the year, kids: Let's beat Lexx after school. Watch out though, he might have Skazz with him as support. Five bucks says my dog can beat up your cats!
