The only time this ever happened to me is when there was no longer any actions queued by myself and the AI went to the default normal attack. Otherwise, I never ran across this problem as long as I remembered to queue all my PC and NPC's attacks.

Besides from the fact I'm not a big fan of twitch gaming, I think this is another reason why I enjoy RPG more than FPS. My computer can usually handle RPGs because they don't tend to be graphics hogs like FPS do. Presently, only V:tMB is the only cRPG that gives my computer fits, whereas quite a few FPS aren't even worth my time due to their specs.

Agreed. Although Calo Nord, himself, wasn't one of my favorite characters, I liked the idea behind him.

This would appear to be the case. It seems as though giving too many options to the player in this regard can hurt the overall plot and continuity of a story trying to be told.

I think it lost out to the woman who spilled coffee on herself at McDonalds and won. Apparently the woman (in the lawsuit he's referring to) tripped over a kid and broke her leg, suing the store for allowing kids to run around unattended. It turns out it was her own kid.

My bounty hunter party was adept at melee weapons as well. I believe that, and grenades from far away, were what got me past the Dark Jedi. My main focus was just not having any Force powers or Lightsaber ability.

Except for the fact that if they told Lucasarts "no, you can't have it", they would have been in breach of contract, since Lucasarts OWNS the license for anything Star Wars, and thus not only wouldn't get paid (since they broke the contract), but additionally could (and would) be sued by Lucasarts. In contrast, I'm sure even though a few people seem to have a problem with the game, Obsidian has made money off the sales. So think about that, which option makes better business sense? Breach of contract and possible lawsuit, or making money on a game that has sold well? Kind of a no brainer from my point of view.

I honestly can't remember. I recall my own character was maxed out with the various ranged attack skills, like rapid shot (or whatever it's called) and the blaster pistol and blaster rifle bonuses maxed out. As for weapons and armor, I think my character used Casus Fett's modified blaster, which I believe maxed out at 6-23, and I used the funky coloured armor (not the best in the game, I think armor bonus 9, max dex bonus 3), but that just looked cool with my character. Then I put all the other top armor on my party. Btw, I should mention I used the savegame editor to remove all Jedi classes from my PC, Bastila, Jolee and Juhani, and changed their appearance and name as well.

You have a lot more stuff on your taskbar (or whatever that thing at the bottom of the screen is called) than I do.

I did this in KOTOR I. Haven't got around to trying it for KOTOR II, though. I enjoyed myself playing as an all bounty hunter party in KOTOR I. Finally made use of all the available heavy armor.
