IMO the whole "Ebon Hawk falling into the pit" scene should be cut when playing LS. The whole unresolved issue with G0T0 and the Remote is just another example of "5 minutes to finish making the game!! make it quick!" along with the poor design of the Malachor exterior. Damn I wish I knew how to edit those two maps - even I could make more decent model work not like how it is where you can clearly count the verts on the rocks.

I voted Jolee because when I've recently gone through K1 the 8th time Jolee still made me laugh and HK only made me smile Though I have to admit that the first time through K1 HK was funnier

Not as good as K1 though. In K2 the only features you get for playing DS is getting owned by Kreia at dantooine, being owned by Mira with a poison dart ( ) and bully/whining dialogs.

Yeah Malak's armor is maybe when he was 12... but look at it from the bright side - at least it isn't Calo Nord's 1.50m armor which fits your 1.85m Revan (w00t) Funny how you can get 10 Circlets of Saresh... I thought they were unique items... Oh well, guess they couldn't think up some new items so they put the old ones there aswell. Other than the "Onasi Blaster" of course - it's not "Carth's Blaster" it's a blaster based on Carth's original one

I really don't understand why some characters are in this poll like: Jolee Bindo Malak Sion Nihilus You can kill them duh... Of course I wouldn't have anything against putting Kreia in there cuz you only get to kill her when she wants you to do it ("I used you to do this, I used you to do that and now you get to kill me but only because I want it, otherwise I would have used you for a couple of other things" )

Alot of people forget about much tougher enemies like Selven. Selven wasn't all that tough but sometimes early (player at Level 3) fights could cause trouble. Other than that I think Bendak Starkiller is the toughest if you're not a Strength-build (10 or 12) or any below level 6 or so. All later bosses can be killed without using any items so I put my vote on Bendak EDIT: From the list the only 'tougher' ones are Traya and Malak because of the amount of damage they can do especially Traya's lightsabers against which you cannot defend yourself like against gaffi sticks LOL (Malak at Star Forge of course - at Leviathan he's a joke).

Well after all it is a long time ago in a galaxy far away so maybe either there wasn't much more to develop or the brain of a human 'long time ago' wasn't up to that much creative thinking to develop anything more quicker Which reminds me of the distance between K1 and K2 which is 5 years (?) and they still call the damn thing a Verpine *Prototype* Shield :D

Aah so that's why some ppl still saw the videos as crappy as they were cuz the monitor's gotta support 1600x1200... I see. :D Thank god mine does and IMO the videos are looking very nice right now (well maybe except Sion landing on Peragus but nevermind) :D

Malak was awesome for a game character. The whole "uuh it's all because I'm so great cuz Revan taught me and that's what I hate him for and YOU're Revan!" not like in K2 where you get those "I owned you now and will own you again and when you'll kill me is because I wanted it that way" Kreia kind of characters. Bunch of smartasses in K2 cuz they wanna show how great they are they must show it that "oh he's smart or powerful cuz he owned the exile!". That ain no RPG if I get owned every step. Malak however could own anyone except me because of his power despite his dumb personality however no matter how much power the star forge gave him he still couldn't beat me. Revan. Now isn't that a fine way to create a game isn't it :D

If you order your allies to do something in K1 at 'Jedi Support' AI they do that and add their own orders after that which is ok IMO. In K2 they cancel all given orders replacing them by new ones plus the always appearing 'Starting Normal Attack' is pretty annoying. I wonder if there's a way to make your party understand orders in K2 like they did in K1...

lol I know how you feel. I have not even played it at all yet, but am waiting to start my first game with the added content. Since Kotor is in my top 5 games of all time its...........painful to have to wait but I think I will only check the progress once every week instead of every day from now on. Makes it easier :D I also removed the shortcut to Kotor 2 from the desktop <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Heh I must always remember about removing those shortcuts from both Kotors cuz sometimes I just run them to load a random savegame and play a little :D so addictive... Anyways your options are: 1. Sit down and patiently await it's completion (requires Willpower greater than 20) 2. Bask in the power of the dark side

Makes me wanna think why is it called Knights of The Old Republic then when it should be called Sith of the Past Ages.

Well it's not Kreia's attitude that pissed me. It's the answers I get to choose from: "Duh... I'm dumb and can't understand anything" and the impression which SHOULD obviously tell me that Kreia's way smarter than me though she's talking alot of contradictory bulls**t EDIT: Oh and in K1 the word echo's being used like 7 times and in K2... something like 200! (really look in your dialog searching program and search for "echo") I can't tell for sure but it's possible that the word "Kreia" is repeated less times than "echo"!

I liked Bao-Dur. The only thing realated to thim which is annoying is that making him a Jedi sounds more like: Exile: So Bao... wanna be Jedi? Bao: Yup. [bao has become a Guardian] next convo: Bao: Yes General? Exile: Never mind.

I liked Peragus. It was... complete!

Well it was kinda making T3 useless since Bao had better skill than him in everything unless you've made your low budget mechanic into a Guardian. T3 becomes kinda forgotten also after the beginning of the game where on Peragus he actually had some bigger role.

For overall I don't care what K2 made Revan into. When playing K1 I don't start thinking: ehm... I'm like the Sith Lord out of neccessity and these aren't Sith at all I'm fighting. In fact this ain't no real threat! Such thinking would only ruin K1. It's like when playing K1 you'd think the only important thing that happens is Revan not dying. The rest is unimportant what you do anyway. When I play K1 I think of it as a fixed-past -> I make changes now -> future-is-how-I'll-form-it, there are no 'True Sith' that will destroy the galaxy if I don't oppose them, Revan is dark lord because of power-hunger not because of neccessity. No matter what they do in K3 however won't ruin K2 for me anymore cuz it's always: fixed-past(Revan LS or DS which doesn't make any bigger difference) -> -> Kreia makes changes now -> future-is-how-she-formed-it-every-playthru. So it really doesn't matter what the Exile does.

Neeh-eel-oohs Donno if you know what I mean by that :pP but anyways for the game-box-front character he deserved much more attention.

To beat the Handmaidens easily you just have to run to the corner of the ring and they'll start running out of it themselves (though sometimes a bug occurs and they don't get disqualified for that). EDIT: Bralor was pretty tough too IMO. I thought - what the hell is this guy thinking? Running to me with fist and foot against a lightsaber and Jedi powers?? Unfortunately no matter how stupid that might sound - lightsabers can't defend against other types of melee weapons (like fist'n'foot, gaffi stick, stun baton etc.).

Heh maybe the only thing better in DS when playing K2 is that your character gets to be on the start menu. LOL

And has the standard DS stand animation unlike the other Sith Lords you can get at the start-up screen.

Aaah yes - I totally forgot the Mira vs Ubese stuff. My Exile was killing one Ubese per second and my Mira was having trouble killing a single one. Oh and the AI in K2 screws up if you set anything other than Aggresive because it simply ignores all the actions you order a character to do. Or at least that's what it does for me.
