I prefer the star maps. They don't whine at you and they don't tell you they'll help you and then turn on you later. I just think that KotOR I has a better storyline.

Actually, I think it's because it doesn't fix the current gamesave if you updated afte starting it. This may not be true, however, as I haven't played through again after updating.

wait a minute. using disable vertex buffer objects=1 command line reduces fps? I didn't even notice. Maybe that's why it's unplayable at 8x anti-aliasing... Even if I could get higher fps, without this command line I would have some annoying issues on Dantooine.

well, at one point she was a jedi master on the council which is as good as you get and then leader of the sith which was as bad as you get so I think she has seen both extremes.

he actually doesn't really do anything helpful. After unlocking every chat option with everyone, Mandalore's is the smallest, most boring, and most useless. In one of his conversations do you get any bonus points.

Peragus was definitely a favorite of mine. The sequence of events was great: player wakes up after weeks in the kolto tank to find that there's no one there but the old woman you brought with you, some thug in a prison, and dozens of droids trying to kill you. Unraveling the mystery, you realize that you've been -Ben <{POST_SNAPBACK}> actually... you only wake up after a few days. if that.

actually, I saw on the front of some starwars book a wookiee with a lightsaber. then again you don't have to be force sensitive to use a lightsaber.

there's a gay romance option? hm... I just got the limited edition and the guide a few days ago but I haven't started it yet. I guess this'll be interesting to see when I do get around to it. I have to admit though I wouldn't be a fan of homosexuality in games. no offense :ph34r:

do you have the latest drivers? once 5.3 came out the gamma glitch on my desktop was fixed. I can't help you with your problem in game but try adding disable vertex buffer objects=1 under graphics options in your swkotor2.ini. it seems to work wonders for a lot of people.

yes. and it can be released on discs but wouldn't it cost too much to make all those discs?

meh. this game is so incredibly easy. even on difficult. I always use mira, visas, and bao-dur all of which at this time are jedi with their own lightsabers. I always auto-level up my characters except for my main the exile whom I manually level up. usually I just end up slicing through all of the baddies.

actually, my reasoning behind this is that in game she explains to you that during battle the exile's and kreia's mind are prepared to shield eachother from the pain and that only if caught unawares that they will get hurt. so since they were fighting they were shielding each other from the pain.

I never got mira ds so I can't say anything there but for me getting handmaiden to be a ds jedi was rather easy as all I had to do were the fights and I think something else I don't remember. as for mira I always get all the influence I need talking to her and before I even leave nar shadaa.

I like her eyes when she has the ds look. I think they're this kinda of shiny black.

I believe it's a bug. I have this problem too.

they changed how hk-47 was shown though. I like his eyes better cause on kotor 1 when I had my radeon hk's eyes weren't red but in kotor 2 it's red all the time like they should be so the look is a little better in kotor 2 but I prefer the dialogue in kotor 1. although some things in kotor 2 were priceless.

I'm talking about the pc version of kotor 1 and 2.
