Volume saturation is important in combat. If you want artillery use REAL artillery and give Canderous useful ground combat equipment. Look at real life. Im also not saying this is what SW troops would use since there are shields and such but that they would use the futuristic equivalents. Look at the clone troopers. I hate the movie but I love watching the clone troopers. They do a good job like real mobile infantry. Not exact of course. She can switch to tranq darts for example. Canderous has no such versatility with that thing. My argument centers on pointing out that big does not equal BETTER or more powerful in SW. It also is based on the fact that in KOTOR you did plenty of fighting in hallways and rooms etc. He's walking artillery. His gun is never going to be as good as real artillery. Or a vehicle with a gun mounted on it. Which would make him useless. War is about speed. Remember Canderous' description of riding his basilisk war droid into combat. Im not being mean. Just honest. Ok one more time. 1. Many Jedi aliens do not wear boots. Juhani is a Jedi alien. 2. Cathar Jedi in ToTJ do not wear boots. Juhani is a Cathar Jedi within the same time frame. 3. Cathar have claws on their feet and wide paws for superior balance. Both of these things are very useful in combat with a lightsaber especially considering the kicking that was a combat move in KOTOR. These 3 points are very important. Yes it does. Its called feature creep. They will not push back the release date to add more of something that is as unimportant as multiple romances. Its just bad business and developing. If time = everything we want in a game some company would go into hiding for 10 years and come out with the greatest game ever. But it doesnt work that way.

I really do hope that romances in this game is really non-linear. Meaning that you aren't just limited to have a romance with one character. Like in KOTOR for a male we can only be with Bastila and for a female you can only be with Carth. In KOTOR 2 if I'm a male, I want a choice. Cause I mean....Mira does seem somewhat hot but I bet she isn't the female that we can have a romance with. Then ask yourself what your willing to give up to add more romances. Romances are a lot of work unless you make them completely superflous. But a romance like Bastila's spanning the game and affecting the end of the game takes a lot of work. Adding that amount of depth to other female NPCs is hard on the writer and means depth will be lost to other NPCs. Im fine with 1. Even if I dont like who the person happens to be. This isnt KOTOR Hot Date.

Your character kills them, with the aid of only a few slaves or droids. Think of it this way. If you were those 3 sith. And a Sith padawan that just finished training (to you, Korriban may be the last world the PC does or it could be the first) came out of the temple claiming to have killed Yuthura and Uthar and that they are Darth Revan... would you automatically believe them? Or be skeptical??? But after youve killed half the academy I think they should wise up.

In KOTOR the Sith were not the TRUE ancient Sith. They were not even Kun's Sith. So yes they look different. Remember they all started off as Jedi's and republic soldiers that followed Revan to the dark side. So it's easy to see how they would have simply adapted their previous look rather than trying imitate Sith fashion that came before them.

There are many academy's and many Masters but I do think it would be a lot kewler to have Kreia helping you reconnect with the force rather than going to Coruscant or something.

Except of the course the Jedi Council is there so going there may make a lot of sense. Also any Rim world is going to be very very dangerous. So if you seek refuge in the story on a planet itd most likely be a core world. I dont really care though. I find places like Nar Shaada kewler and more fun to run around in than more organized and regulated planets like Coruscant.

It wasnt stupid because the story demanded it be so. KOTOR 2 has a different story. However we already know the Sith are hunting you down to kill you because they believe (for some reason) you are the only one that can stop them. Therefore I highly doubt the Sith will train you. Itd be ridiculous. Even if you prove yourself fully committed to the dark side your strength will still worry the Sith Lords and want you dead before you can assume their mantle. As any true Sith would try to do. The fact is you are NOT these Sith. Maybe you can find a Sith holocron and be Sith but the current regime is not going to be willing to help you at all. Meaning you will have to and want to take them out whether you are dark or light.

Bastila's avatar and artwork involving her as well as her appearance in cutscenes can vary greatly. In game you think the white haired chick is going to have hair exactly like for example the wallpaper? The engine isnt good enough to do that. The eyes were darker because the character was leaning towards the dark side. All the heads PC or NPC if the same species were the same so no surprise there. In screenshots with Sith in your party and such I see no disclaimer clearly stating "This is not the PC, Sith troopers don't join your party etc." No one said she had to be. Its just fun speculation. Oh you concede she has white hair? I hope you dont expect anymore than that from the ingame portrait. Your arguments are silly. Her saber doesnt have the right TINGE of color??? Her bun should be set in circles??? Based off concept type artwork that will not be perfectly and 100% accurately portrayed in game. And yet you accept the demo is by no means a polished final product of the game. Silly.

She's Arren Kae. The thing is that demo is NOT Kotor 2. Its a demo. Just like screenshots show Sith in your party an NPC can be put in the PC slot just to show it off. Also the in game avatar and portrait look EXACTLY like you would expect the white haired chick to look in game. White hair with the bun in back. Sharp face. Of course Arren Kae is just too "Kotor name generatorish."

Hopefully Yuthura It would definitely be nice... rescued pre-attack, she talked about possibly joining the Order again. I'd almost wish the same as some others, that she could join the party as a light side padawan again. The sith attack on Dantooine didn't destroy the entire planet (the same goes for Taris). Remember that Malak didn't have a Death Star with him.... So, Yuthura could have gone into hiding in some cave or something, opening the possibility of being recruited by the new PC. Also, and taking in cosederation my theory, if Yuthura was able to survive the Sith bombardment, maybe some of the other Jedi Masters survived also. Who knows.... Or if you did Korriban last like me Dantooine was already bombed.

My own personal theory is that it is simply some new Heavy Sith Armor that is modeled after Mandalorian armor. We are going to insanely high levels in KOTOR. The cannon fodder has to start using better equipment.

December 25th is a horrible day for sales. Now December 24, 23, 22, 21.... (and even 26) are good! December 26th is quite possibly THE MOST heavily shopped on day of the year, at least for those who know what's what. December 26th, all the sales prices are cut because it's the official 'end' of the holiday rush, hence you get what you would have paid twice as much for before Christmas. My grandmother had a sort of ritual where the day after Christmas, she'd hit the stores and start buying next years Christmas presents at low, low prices. That's dedication to family for ya. Actually the most shopped on day of the year is the day after Thanksgiving. I used to work in a store though. 15% off plus 50% off after christmas on christmas related items. I could buy 32 oz bags of christmas candy for 2$. And eventually a week or so after christmas the price slash would go to 75%. You could stock up on enough junk food for the whole damn year.
