Baldur's Gate 3?
You know, re-reading Chris Avellone's tweet did give me the impression it could be a joke...

The Faces of the Hunt (ending spoilers)
InsaneCommander replied to Hawke64's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)You can't ask him directly, because he isn't presented during the dialogue (Aexica does say that it would be cruel). But he becomes a good replacement for the Faces, possibly the best. Though, the Faces themselves start attacking random coastal villages. Ok. Good to know. I think I'll stick to what I did then.

Baldur's Gate 3?
Well, some people don't consider the EE BG enough, so imagine if they update graphics, UI, etc...

Baldur's Gate 3?
I would be really surprised if they continued the story from a 20 year old game. There is an entire new generation of players now and they will want to appeal to them.

Creating a faction party
RP won't be as important after playing the game two or three times. Then it could be the time to try something different and focus on builds and tactics.

Mega Boss Belranga question
The only thing better than that is if your cipher is Serafen and when he cast Ancestor's Memory his wild mind gives him 220 focus. Then you can make almost the whole party Brilliant.

God Challenges Feedback!
Porokoa was not that difficult on Veteran. If people are finding it easy on PotD too, I suggest a Challenge to turn all bosses into Megabosses.

The Faces of the Hunt (ending spoilers)
InsaneCommander replied to Hawke64's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)Ok, but is it cruel to Muatu? I don't have anything against him so I'd only do it if he accepts (I'll try it tonight).

The Faces of the Hunt (ending spoilers)
InsaneCommander replied to Hawke64's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)How do you replace them with Muatu? Do you need to kill the survivor?

Loving the game, but I have some serious gripes.
InsaneCommander replied to mmaruda's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)We clearly need a Horse DLC: horse mounts, animal companions, spiritshift, figurines and, of course, a horse megaboss.

InsaneCommander replied to Amentep's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)Good news for Konstanten. With Mirke drunk, my character busy with Modwyr and Vatnir keeping his distance, the last risk of competition is gone:- We're a mercenary squad, not a traveling brothel!
InsaneCommander replied to Daggerknight's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)why I was testing the options to see how they reacted. If I knew it would scare the rest of the crew I'd have reloaded.- Did Beast of Winter have a different narrative designer to the main game?
InsaneCommander replied to bigbazoopa's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)It shouldn't be so urgent. And we should have to search for Eothas. That part of the soul has 15 experience levels. If we could get them... Even less urgency would be ideal but require a complete rewrite of the story. The only problem is...it's kinda hard to miss a giant made of Adra Not if it goes underwater...- Did Beast of Winter have a different narrative designer to the main game?
InsaneCommander replied to bigbazoopa's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)It shouldn't be so urgent. And we should have to search for Eothas. That part of the soul has 15 experience levels. If we could get them...- Baldur's Gate 3?
Yes, it must be a nightmare to develop a game with a large fanbase and have it crowdfunded. As for BG3, I don't really care if they try to stick to the original formula. The more games of this genre, the best. If only I had the time to replay the series in preparation...- Baldur's Gate 3?
People complained about Mighty Number 9. And now look at Megaman 11.- Baldur's Gate 3?
Can't wait for the release and to see people asking for it to be "more like Baldur's Gate".- Did Beast of Winter have a different narrative designer to the main game?
InsaneCommander replied to bigbazoopa's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)"TINY BLUE MAN! BOW TO NEMNOK"- Did Beast of Winter have a different narrative designer to the main game?
InsaneCommander replied to bigbazoopa's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Check this (spoilers!). At some point I simply started to offend them in every chance I got. I wish I could slap every one of them. Well, except Ondra, because she earned the respect of my character.- Official Characters and Romance Thread (Spoiler Version) Part the Third
InsaneCommander replied to Amentep's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)I wonder what are the conditions to trigger it. I'll try to get it, but I don't want to change my party composition.- We're a mercenary squad, not a traveling brothel!
InsaneCommander replied to Daggerknight's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)My first was Tuliak Longfrost. Then I think there was another and the third was Old Engrim. I was checking the different options and refused Engrim. After that they didn't come back for a very long time. Little Leuca did it eventually and that was it.- Non-aumauan members of Huana
InsaneCommander replied to Señor_Pasta's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)I was 99% sure we would see Sagani in Deadfire. Maybe they didn't see anything interesting to do with the character. She did end up living happily ever after in most of my PoE1 games. - Official Characters and Romance Thread (Spoiler Version) Part the Third
