Colonel Tobin: (in the cantina after meeting with Kavar) Get them, men. And watch your aim. Civilian casualties cause a mess of paperwork. Atton:Don't you ever give it a rest? Atton:Fine, don't mind me, I just need to get some stuff from the cargo hold. Handmaiden:You know the first tier of styles, but you hold back because I am unarmed. Tell me where you were trained. Atton:What can I say; I'm a quick study. HandmaidenYou lie. Few know the Echani styles by reflex. Atton: Oh, yeah? Guess you saw a lot of the world while you were freezing your cargo hold off in the ice academy, didn't you, sister? Next time I walk in here, I'm carrying a blaster.(turns around) Oh, yeah, one other thing - don't think I haven't noticed the way you've been sparring with our ex-Jedi friend. This isn't some pleasure yacht, so if I did know all the Echani movements, I might know more than just the first tier, including the etiquette rituals. So keep your hands where I can see them. Handmaiden: Fool. Atton: Schutta. I also like how all the droids say "Dwoooo" if something disappoitning happens. I love that. ^_^

This game has it's claws in me
darth spock replied to LadyCrimson's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I played KotOR about ten times through before I bought TSL. I'm playing 2 games on TSL: LS male and LS female. I'm going to *attempt* to play DS, though I'm suspecting I'll have little luck. (I'm such a wimp... ^_^) I completed KotOR 1 in about 3 days -- played about 5-10 hours each day. Good times... great memories. -
That's really pretty. "Atonement" must be one of the best classical songs I've heard in awhile. Thanks.

the extended ending, and Atton/Disciple questions
darth spock replied to bluerosy's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I believe he is spying on you for the Republic, yes? If you play Male, he says something like: "This is Mical... blah blah blah -- I've found the Exhile..." -

Revan here, Revan there (Aug 31)
darth spock replied to aimo's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I like the one with Atton's death. Really captures the moment... makes me wish I could sketch and draw really well. Good work, I love Aimo Studio's stuff. -
Ugh... Disciple. I don't know what was wrong with the guy. Let's start with basics: A. His apperance: - Hair: not that bad, except blonde looked strange (a little bit like the Male PC version with dark brown hair) - His mouth: Oh my God his teeth, whenever he talked, annoyed the hell out of me. - His voice: ungodly annoying, didn't even suit him B. His Dialogue: It was just stupid, pointless, and boring. The best scenes with him in them were the ones where Kreia played with his mind. I liked those ^_^. C. Since his bow on Dantooine, I knew there was something wrong with him -- especially if he bowed to a man if you play Male PC. I then began to assume he was some sort of fruitcake and ignored him in my party as a female Exhile. D. How does he love you? And why does some sort of obscure weird fruit get a real future when the resident hottie of the game *cough* Atton *cough* get insulted by Kreia? I was screaming at the computer, "What?!" when she said he was a fool TWICE. I actually like Disciple in general in combat because he had good feats/good viality, etc. He proved useful in many situations except his battle cries annoyed me, but then again mostly everyone's except Mandalore's were irritating.

The worst bug EVER!!

Personally, I remember hysteric laughter as I saw commoners wielding lightsabers and being so damn hard to kill! -
How would you deal with the loose ends?
darth spock replied to ShadowPaladin V1.0's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
If I was in charge of KotoR 3, I'd have you start on Dantooine. It's about 5 years after KotOR 2 or somewhere around 5 years. (6 or 7 maybe?) Anyways, you are a young Jedi, at about the age of 19-22 and you are promising, you know, very powerful connections with the Force, nice lightsaber moves, etc. Your Master (or the people Exhile trained/other masters) fears for you since Revan and Malak were strong and left for the Star Forge and all that jazz. The Jedi academy was rebuilt by some of your party members that you transformed into Jedi and they trained others to become Masters to fill in their place while they traveled all over the galaxy to train more Jedi. So, back to the academy. Your Master is afraid for you and you play through tests and such as you advance in the levels quickly. During the night, you are smuggled away by mysterious people and they knew how to defeat you such as by stealing your lightsaber, using a neurl restraint collar to disable your Force powers temporarily or just cripple them a bit. You are knocked out and wake up in a strange room on an Unknown planet. It's tropical and gizka are all around you as you wake. You're on a temple summit. (or if you dont' like the idea of returning planets you could just wake up in a strange rooftop). You see someone meditating after you wake at the end of the hallway and you get up. They stand and it's a Twi'lek named something Twi'leky (we'll just call them Stan). So, Stan fills you in after you ask why you are here or if you're going to go DS, you threaten to kill him. He will put you in Force whirlwind eventually so you can have a conversation. He tells you why you are here and such. Why? Because the Republic (plus Carth/Bastila) are desperate to know of Revan and the Exhile. They are old and cannot move about the galaxy as they once did. THus, they have called upon you for help. Surprise there huh? So, you can reject this "job" but Stan says that you must do it, for it is "your destiny". You have to buy or pretend to buy the line and you continue onwards. You get a 1 passenger ship plus 25 medpacs, your lightsaber, Jedi robes, and some other stuff like shields and a few blasters to take along with you. The ship is 1 passenger, like I already said with 1 bed a few plasteel cylinders. So, you go to your first destination to find more answers, as advised by Stan. And that place is Telos. You go there and meet up with a girl named Aneela. You find out that she was a Republic spy during the Jedi Civil War. She's got a decorated past. So, on Telos you've got to find the old Telos Polar Academy. You go there to find the Handmaidens Jedi and a real academy is there now. You speak to the Master of the academy, Brianna. You find out about Exhile if he was male or when she last saw Exhile with Atris if Exhile is female. After finding these answers, you've got to travel about to find more. I'll probably edit though, since my hands hurt and I've got homework. ^_^ -
The Pacifist Package for HK... haha I love that. ^_^

lol dude - I *Never* cheat. I just wanna see my influence scores. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But you can transform your party into Gamorreans or random civilians. It's quite fun. I played through Nar Shadda once with my Exhile being a Duros or whatever they are.

I equipped him in the greenish-tan armor... Light Battle Armor I think... before I equipped him in the yellow stuff.

Whats the worst dark side act you did?
darth spock replied to jennahaze's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well, it's not really a DS act but sort of mean.... Situtation: I was so sick of Disciple because he hampered the would-be romacne subplot with Atton and my female Exhile. And in the scene before skipping off to Telos after Dantooine, you get some lame scene with him and it's supposed to be the "climatic romance event" of the game (despite it's not really). Anyways, after replaying that part, I was so angry for some reason... so I quit, opened KSE, and changed Disciple into all sorts of interesting beings like a Gamorrean or Atton (I just took off my headphones to see him saying the words, not speaking) or Handmaiden. It was a blast. -
KOTOR2: Hottest Male Character
darth spock replied to Topaz Quasar's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
That's why it's fun! -
I figured out a way: you run around until you are behind a table. You then shoot them with blasters (power blast works the best) until they die. Grenades are also helpful too -- especially posion ones. I did this my second or third try in my first game until I figured it out. I just basically ran until they left me alone. And I think I had a bug because one of the Sisters in my first game attacked her sister. Then I killed her, too. ^_^
-
I love the little definitions the HK's give before saying stuff like "statement". I like "Egotistical Bost" and "Unnecessary Threat" or something like that.
-
*sigh* Just makes you with you could have a nice romance with Atton like you did with Carth..
-
I suck at playing DS. I've tried but I can't... I'm such a depressing soul. But light and airy too? Oh screw it... I'll probably play DS, sucking up the 20+ hours of evilness and such... I almost died when I did the DS K1 ending. When I killed Mission I wanted to stop right there. But I turned on invulnerability and turbo & just sort of ran to Malak.

Female Romance option SUCKS!
darth spock replied to Woodsprite4's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I hate DIsciple... and Manaan. Maybe the Selkath and Disciple can go die in a hole together? I, being stupid, did Dantooine first when I first played through as a female... now I'm doing Dantooine last. ^_^. I did Nar Shadda first just to get Mira's "power copuling line" about me and Atton. I felt good that time. (I did Nar Shadda LAST as a female also... <_< ) So, good job on expressing the point. -
