I don't know about that. Maybe he did... Perhaps it wasn't "Sigh lord" though... I always thought this was stupid... Just because they are a Sith lord, doesn't mean they are a sith lord. And we really have no idea " EDIT- BTW, I dout Revan reached any prestigue level. Why? Because by the end of the game Revan is more powerful then he had ever been. (Malak tells you this)
-
Revan never had this... It was the Exile who could awake force in others, not Revan. We have no idea how strong Revan is at the end of TSL. If we judge both their strengths by how their stories ended, I think the Exile would have a edge. Considering he reached the prestigue level, as Revan did not. In any case. They are mostlikely equal.

Um... Actually, I think you might be incorrect. Sure, items are random... But their ARE specific areas were a lightsaber is rewarded, the kind of lightsaber you gain is random, but you do gain one. For example, <<<< Slight Spoiler >>>> (These are all after you make your own) After you help out Vrook, after he teaches you his stance you will get a lightsaber reward. After completing the dancer quest on NSD you get a lightsaber in the Hutts secret room. The lightsabers are random, so if you don't get the one you wanted simply reload.

Odd indeed. Hl2 plot was well writen.... but only by FPS standards. Also... I know what some of you might be thinking... might have to do with the rushed ending but.... Hl2s almost just as bad :/

So there it is. In plain English. The LS version of KOTOR is canon. And it appears that male Revan and the romance with Bastila is canon as well, since Carth's entry makes no mention of Revan. This is just stupid. It cheapens the hole point of Kotor and reduces everything else to a what if scenario... Everyone, just do yourself a favor and ignore the datebase.
-
After reading a few topics on the subject of Kotor (one and two), It seems like a hot debate topic is the canon of the story. With all the different ways to play, all the choices to make... How would there ever be one? And a better question, Why would anyone want one? Considering, this is suppose to be your own little adventure in the Star Wars relm, wouldn't a canon cheapen the hole point of these wonderful games?
-
Played through Kotor waiting for the patch... Thanks for th update ^^;

I'll go with the Exile. I enjoyed his story, and the revelation towards the end of the game was a real shock... That scene with the Jedi Masters was really intense. Unlike Kotors lamer... "OMFG I am the REVAN! What shock, enough thought everything has been hinting at this from the start of the game!" (was still good, despite how obvious it was ).

The Incomplete Endings are lame.

How'd you discover this, anyway? I can't imagine anyone leaving Visas without a robe or some such by that point in the game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You don't have to equip her with cloths... I got the options during the fight with the battle gear I had equip'd her with... Never used the options though. -
Perhaps that hole scene was a metaphor? Lol, one of the dialogue options before that is "If I do, I will be tired for the fights thats to come"
-
I think you need to beat it once light side, and once dark side... Some new dialogue options become available then.
-
You have to take her to the place were Kreia taught you to listen to the force.
-
I don't see how they could add KOTOR period. Considering there is NO cannon for the story (and there shouldn't be).

Regardless it is a Basilisk War Droid. Not to stupid actually. A lack of respect for continuity is what that VIRAGO is. Basilisk War Droids are called WAR MOUNTs, that Viraga isn't a War Mount. Because you can mount it. You RIDE ON Basilisk, not in Basilisk. You ride in a car, not on a car. Canderous rode ON his basilisk, and entered the atmo with only his armor as protection. So clearly the very well researched writer of KOTOR, knew his ****, and implied the Beast as the Basilisk War Droid. Of course this all matters not. A basilisk is a war mount, beast. Continuity as deemed it so, not this ****ing Virago. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You are indeed a very sad person.

This game has it's claws in me

The movies are done at the xbox resolution... So I don't think you will be able to set it higher.
-
It's not timed, its based on the influence system. You have to take bao-dur along, and let him see you do good... You'll gain influence by that, and eventually you'll get the option to turn him into a jedi.
-
He is probably the hardest to turn... Unlike the others, you can't simply gain influence by talking to him, he has to actually see you doing good.
-
I haven't played through DS yet, thus I couldn't gain enough influence with HK... Why exactly did Revan blast him o_O?
-
The problem with the Movies, is just that.... They are movies... Find a book thats been turned into a movie, how well does the movie compared the the original story? Not well in a lot of cases. I know SW didn't start out that way, but now their are books, comics and video games... In these things, they is no 2 hours time frame, or anything else like that. Not that the movies weren't any good... They are simply lack the depth that all the other SW related things have.
-
Some people just can't stand anything new... Not because of the quality, but because they have grown so attached to their idels that they won't accept it. This movie will be great, but ... The fanboi's will come to the forums, and trash this movie so hard...

The exile was the last Jedi... Considering how Isolation has ruined the Masters. But, by the end of the game the exile isn't the only jedi. Kreia even tells you who the last of the Jedi are... Those you travel with =). (atleast, LS ending)
-
That was Master Vandar. I believe the scene was about the exile. Vrook was complaining that the exile influencing his padawn, and that others were begining to follow him. Vandar replies by saying that though the Exile is a pretty average force user, he makes connections to people quiet easily. Vrook gets pissed and calls the exile a crappy jedi on the road to the dark side.
