  1. This engine ins't the best... A simple fog effect kills my fps on my Radeon x800xl
  2. I believe it should be a new hero. I mean, we have played through Revan and the Exiles story and... We knew were those two will end up. Though, I agree they should be parts of the story (as Revan was in kotorII), I don't think we should be able to play as them again, not as main characters. A new character to creat would be awsome, some one new to mold in our vision.
  3. I would like to second this post, I put the Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1 into the swkotor2.ini file under the [Graphics Options] and the game now works brilliantly, no more stuttering / crashing on dantooine. [Graphics Options] Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1 Anisotropy=2 Frame Buffer=1 Grass=1 Soft Shadows=1 Shadows=1 Brightness=72 EnableHardwareMouse=1 FullScreen=1 AllowSoftShadows=1 RefreshRate=85 Width=1024 Height=768 V-Sync=0 Texture Quality=2 Anti Aliasing=2 Emitters=1 Thanks to who ever figured this out, as I was about to take the game back to the shop and demand my money back this bug was annoying me so badly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just curious about what this option does... Lowers image quality?
  4. Does this happen with all the models? I only get this black line with Atton o_O
  5. HL2 is not OGL..... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I just ment, other OGL titles run fine... Was not saying that hl2 was ogl.
  6. Just to make sure... In order for this to work, you simply take the OGL 4.11 file from the installer, and place in the kotor II folder?
  7. Very good tips. But... There is something very WRONG with this game coding and/or engine... I mean, it's not the most graphic intense out there. My Radeon x800xl EATS other games alive (Doom 3, HL2 and other OGL titles). For some reason though, Adding everything in this game, seems to decrease performance SOO much... It's insane.
