I have completed the quest to the point where you need to return to Ruth . However when i try to speak with her, she only gives the option to "casually talk to her" and there is no option to finish the quest. I have done all the other parts of the quest including the optional ones.

Company is registered as political actor that does not seek profit. It mostly writes articles how government, rich people, globalism, Nato, EU, UN etc. are bad/evil. They also have been against supporting Ukraine from start.

Usually these type of glitches occur when you have your GPU overclocked, overvolted or undervolted, or in worst case your GPU hardware is failing in some way. - Did you ever try Furmark stability or stress test for 10 ~ 30 minutes and do you see the same artifacts there? - Did you check your Nvidia App -> System -> Performance tab -> is it overclocked there or are the performance limits changed? - Try classic Nvidia Control Panel -> Help -> Debug Mode (this will change your card to stock speeds etc for testing) - Do you use any other Video Recording / OSD Monitoring / OSD Overlay / 3rd party Overclocking apps running in the background while you are gaming? Video Recording : OBS Studio etc Overlay : Discord overlay, Game Clients Overlays etc OC or Monitoring Software : MSI Afterburner, ASUS GPU Tweak, Presentmon, EVGA Precision X1, Rivatuner (older), NVIDIA Profile Inspector, AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition etc

Dunno about that. As a comparison going by the name you'd expect The Moscow Times to be, well, pro Russian instead of pro western (Dutch). It isn't, as it has always been aimed at westerners who couldn't be bothered to read Russian and wanted positive reinforcement of their existing views. It infamously didn't even have a Russian language edition for 28 years. I don't know much of anything about Steigan, but a quick web search suggests they've always had some of those sorts of articles, at least. eg, from 2014.

Had the same issue. Retried fight about five times and it eventually progressed. Only thing I noted I did differently on the successful attempt was i selected the (attack) option as soon as it was available. Hope this helps.

I lose interest in any article that has in the start " Zelensky and its puppet masters forcing Ukraine to fight " Its not like Russia invaded Ukraine which is the reason Ukraine is fighting a war. And the obvious reality is the many examples in history that include Serbia, Poland, Afghanistan and the USSR where people fight back against an invasion. You dont need to be " forced" to fight when you invaded, its common to find that response And of course the author suggests " the only solution is for Ukraine to immediately negotiate a peace deal " Translation : " Give Russia everything it wants " because thats the ONLY solution Let me guess, this is an objective analysis of the war and how to end it

I find first person better for combat. The most important mod for me (besides no random dragons) is the alternate start one. It still allows you to get a rumour about Helfen and be the first to get there after it's destruction, and link into the main quest, but the different starts really help make your character yours.
