  2. Surprisingly few coop games allow more than 4 players to join. (1) Please consider increasing the maximum player limit, assuming there are no significant technical reasons that prevent it. It will make your game stand out, and you will gain 5 happy customers on the spot. ---- (1) https://store.steampowered.com/curator/11707935-More-Than-4-Local-Multiplayer/

  4. If I wanted to play a Cipher who' main focus is casting I would def. pick the Psion subclass or the Beguiler. And if it's a CC caster I wouldn't pick Helwalker but Nalpazca (because you don't need the increased MIG an the wound generation would be faster with a Nalpazca). Also I think Psion/Nalpasca is more fitting and interesting thematically ("Soul Mind on Drugs" ). Since you don't want to get damaged as a Psion you'd have to build your wound generation on drugs and (Enduring) Dance of Death - and use the wounds mostly for the +INT boost and the occasional Forge of Anguish to get rid of melee attackers - or maybe even Blade Turning for emergencies? +10 INT + Lingering Echoes + CC (mostly Cipher spells, but also Stunning Surge with an AoE weapon) is an awesome combination for exceptionally long disabling/debuffing durations - and Dance of Death also ensures really nice accuracy for that. You really want to make sure that you don't get attacked too much. So hard disables and mind control as well as a not too inviting (not dumpded) defensive stat line are good. I wouldn' open fights but stay stealthed long enough that the enemies have settled on other party members before I started attacking. This way you can also build up some nice focus and wounds + accuracy in hiding and get buffed by your Priest for even more accuracy - then unleash your CC stuff. The good thing about the Nalpazca/Psion combo is that even IF you get damaged and your focus generation stops briefly you still gain something: more wounds to spend. Yet you can have a nice influx of wounds without getting damaged at all. This can also work well with the Beguiler. Here you'd have the focus generation via Deception spells which can be better in "normal" fights. But in the tougher encounters I find the Psion to be more reliable because his resource generation doesn't depend on hitting something.

  5. Musk's business interests are heavily dependent on the government. Supposedly these interests were hindered under Biden, which is why he switched to support Trump. Now if Trump were a rational thinker, that would have worked out okay for Musk. But now I agree, Musk is being a bit of a dumba**. Starting a third party would primarily benefit the Democrats, who no longer need Musk.

  6. Yes, the announcement came out of the DoD in a routine memo about US military aid transfers to any and all countries. The news media latched on to it as some sort of policy change coming out of the White House, which it wasn't.

  7. I think Elon is just a wealthy dumbass with a ketamine soaked brain and that explains almost all of his dumb behavior.

  8. You would assume he would stay out of politics after his disaster at DOGE and how the Trump bromance ended He is one of the worlds greatest business visionaries and he can implement those ideas in the private sector but he is a terrible politician and he never will be an effective or popular politician

  9. No reason to expect a smart approach from Elon. I think his work in DOGE shows he doesn't understand the government beyond the subsidies he gets.

  10. Heh. Well it is the 50th anniversary of the movie Jaws, so the whole "I'm never going into the sea again" thing makes sense.

  11. The entire idea of being shrunk down is always a fascinating concept, especially when a whole game is built around it. I feel like this idea often gets overlooked or underutilized. One thing that could elevate the atmosphere is the addition of large-scale events or visuals that remind the player just how small they really are. For example, I think there should be an event where something massive appears in the distance, not necessarily destructive, but just there to set the scale. A great reference for this is how Dune handled the sandworm: something so huge and grounded in the world that its mere presence creates awe and tension. Grounded did this brilliantly with the crow in the first game. I’d love to see this concept expanded even further, perhaps a person walking by, or a pet exploring the far side of the yard, just visible in the distance. Whether or not the player can interact with them doesn’t matter; the sense of scale is what matters. Another environmental take could be a storm rolling in far away, thunder rumbling and trees swaying. Or even better, something underground stirring like dirt subtly shifting, hearing distant tremors, feeling the tension of something immense moving just out of view. Not an enemy or boss, just something alive and massive, reminding you how small you really are.

  12. Hello Devs, When i played Grounded 1 i noticed that for certain weapon types there is a big progression gap and for other types its better spaced. What i mean with this is for example the spider dagger and the next actual dagger (widow dagger) are so far apart of acquiring that it was kinda useless. The other weapons like swords and clubs don’t share this problem because there is such a big variety of those, urging me to only use the latter rather than the former It goes like this: Bonedagger II/ Spiderfang II dagger -> Widow dagger III Spiky prig I -> Red ant club II -> broodmother club III - mint mace III - morning star III - Prod Smacker III Here is my suggestion to maybe fix this problem. I would like to see that you can make more weapon types from the same insect. for example if you can make a two handed club from a insect why not a 1 handed hammer too. if you can make a big sword why not a dagger. this way you can have better variety and better class progression through out the game. maybe its not the best solution but maybe they can tweak the idea so it can work. In game + you can do this with the elemental weapons atleast. but those are all LVL3 and you have to have game+ 3 to be able to craft them all. Reply to the forum i would like to know what other people think about this.

  13. Thank you, sir. I'm ok. They mostly hit military targets but yeah, it was scary. It's over now. Let's hope it stays this way.

  14. I love the idea of buggies used for traversal. I want to flesh traveling just a little bit more with a suggestion that doesnt rely on buggies or ziplines. SUGGESTION: I think its safe to assume that alot of players in Grounded came from gamepass so i'd like to turn our attention to another phenomenal gamepass game: Jusant. Jusant had an incredible climbing mechanic based around stamina management and the amount of pins the player that could be upgraded. I think Grounded should adopt a similar climbing mechanic. Have the players be able to climb vertical walls, stems, incline rocks, pots, etc. Using their hands and stamina. This would obviously be limited by distance and stamina drained. However, if we can take some bug parts and make either a special bug armor or climbing equipment we could expand the distance and enhance stamina drain during climbs. I feel like climbing can open up the design of some environments and also make traversal more rewarding. We could even have special items tucked away nocks and crannies that can only be found by climbing. I think having different options for traversal is good to cater to different kinds of players.

  15. Please increase Maxplayers! We are in 2025 theirs no reason to max cap at 4 Players anymore. I need to constantly have multiple game files going to play with different friends because we can't include everyone in one game and friends get left out. Allowing dedicated servers would also help as friends could come and go as they please and don't need to wait for the OG file host to be online to play and progress. Frankly, if the game devs won't support more players I'll just be modding the game down the road it just sucks that it won't be native support because it absolutely should be. Just scale the enemies depending how many players are on. Looking forward to Grounded 2 just wish you guys liked having money so we could buy more then just 4 copies

  18. The entire Palestinean team behind this documentary has now been killed, according to its (non-Palestinean) director: "The team we worked with in Gaza for @prayingforarmageddon have all been killed. All of them. Such young brilliant brave and talented filmmakers with dreams and high ambitions for the future. They were trapped, directly targeted and slaughtered by the Israeli bombs, and their office at Ain Media was leveled with the ground. They leave behind babies, toddlers, wifes and so many broken hearts."
