  1. Past hour
  2. Seems the save file got corrupted, I tried forcing the game to download new save files from the cloud but apparently it was saved corrupted, I went to the previous one, an autosave and it loaded with no issues... just lust 1 hr of gameplay but I guess at least I am able to continue playing lol
  3. Pistol maybe too hard for solo, i tried hand mortar monk/assassin aoe arterial strike and run around with no engagement armor. They ll die chasing you its very fun :). Use invisibility if you re cornered or something to reset the fight.
  4. Today
  5. Actually almost all of the main characters suck. VSD isn't quite so annoying, though, as Kell or Kai - he's a Superman but is emo about failing.
  6. I still can't finish the game. Yes, they fixed AC dialog, thank you. She is ready for dialog with Order, but said that I still need to complete some missions for Ruth. When I talk to Ruth - she takes the magic stick and AC becomes angry. I finished two missions for Order (chemical manufactory and space station), and now I need to kill AC. So, no negotiations, no dialog lines.
  7. Time. So I've been averaging 6ish hours a week. It wants me to be closer to 8, so I need to up my training a bit.
  8. isn't the opposite always happen in the past how many thousand of vietnam collaborator flee to usa after the war was lost same with afgan
  9. I haven't read those in a while, not even sure I finished the trilogy. Kell is the Martyest of Marty Sues. I always liked his name though.
  10. I’ve played a bit of Starfinder in the past, mostly 1E, and it can be a fun system if you like the blend of classic d20 mechanics with sci-fi elements. It definitely has that ‘retro space adventure’ vibe you mentioned, which is part of the charm. The setting is pretty broad too, so GMs can run everything from hard-sci-fi to space opera. The main critique I’ve heard is that 1E can get crunchy, especially at higher levels, so I’m pretty curious to see how the 2E update streamlines things. Paizo’s approach with the playtest has been pretty transparent, and it sounds like they’re trying to make it more approachable while keeping the flavor intact. If you’re already comfortable with Pathfinder and enjoy sci-fi themes like Fallout or Rogue Trader, Starfinder is probably going to hit the right notes for you. I’d say it’s worth picking up the new edition to see how it feels at the table.
  11. My training is going pretty well. The run came back quickly and I'm feeling fast again. It's still a grind to get out on a Sunday and put up a 7+ run in an hour, but it is definitely the discipline I am most comfortable with. Biking is tough right now with the cold. I've done a few rides in the garage on the trainer, but I definitely need to put more hours in when it warms up. The swim has been the most fun. I swim at an outdoor pool in the mornings twice a week. I get up and out there around 6 and then jump in the shower around 6:45, and I've been getting to work with no issues. I started a program called Tridot that gives me swim workouts. My watch actually tells me what to do and beeps at me when it is time to go, and vibrates when I'm on the last lap. It makes it easy to follow. Unfortunately my watch has crashed a few times mid-workout. I don't really want to buy a new Garmin, but we will see. Also Tridot gives me grades on my workouts and weird graphs like this:
  12. I'll hop on to my old save and see what happened. I wonder if it'll work with mine because I technically got them to compromise while taking the archive.
  13. We're getting just crazy amounts of rain in western Washington. They're talking about ten inches (25 cm) over the last few days; rivers are flooding left and right. It's breaking all kinds of records. Thanks Hawaii for the pineapple express.
  14. In the 1.0.6.0 Patch Notes it states: "The player is now able to continue the quest "An Equitable Arrangement" if they have captured The Archive independently from allying with either faction beforehand." I still cannot find where to progress the quest or who to talk to.
  15. Sorry, I misspelled the topic title. Single class isn't necessarily a thing.
  16. Hey everyone, I'm dying to try a one-handed pistol build. Please advise me on which classes to take.
  17. Star Wars: Outlaws - Pretty interesting so far. The world looks great and it is busy with lots of NPC's. The story and characters are solid. Your furry sidekick is adorable and useful. The controls are weird. It's a game designed for a controller but really doesn't need to be. I prefer M&K, and it is way better for looking around and firing the blaster, but it has some awkward bits. You don't have to reinvent the wheel, plenty of 3rd person games already have good keyboard layouts that you can copy. The stealth is a bit sloppy too. It plays a bit like the Hitman games. It is serviceable. Anyways, should be a fun game to play over winter break. I'm watching Solo as well, which is a good companion movie to the game. Honestly the game makes a lot more sense if you've watched all the animated stuff. The Pikes and Crimson Dawn aren't exactly mainstream Star Wars lore.
  18. And they can use the war as an excuse to throw Venezuelans out of the country too, no?
  19. It's their play style. The play like little b***es...
  20. I mean the US needs new veterans. I would imagine that since it's been a while from the last war the army is getting to be inexperienced. Looks like a perfect low risk opportunity, they just need Venezuela to fight back a little.
  21. Allegedly we could get an announcement for a new Divinity title by Larian. Icon on teased Game Awards statue seems to align pretty well with recently discovered Divinity trademark. Which sounds like soon, with it would line up if they want to do Early Access again within the next year or so. https://mp1st.com/news/report-tga-statue-mystery-solved-new-divinity-trademark-uncovered-as-new-icon-matches-statue
  22. Blackbeard, err... Trump says the US has seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela Avast, me mateys. There be oil in them thar tankers. Arr, time to waylay the skurvy dogs. No news on whether the crew were forced to walk the plank. Maybe they were tossed into lifeboats so the navy can target them from afar?
  23. so microsoft are pushing ai into windows 11 look like they really want to forced user to attempt linux dread the day windows 11 are forced on everyone
  24. Can't agree with that. There have been a lot of complaints- including in that article- about people being forced to go straight into combat after short training and the low life expectancy that brings. Or at least, there is the strong perception that that happens, which is probably more important than the objective reality in this case. And a fair few complaints at various times that even skilled/ specialist personnel are being forced into front line positions due to manpower shortages. End of the day if the majority were going into drone units or logistics or other 'cushy' jobs- or if that were the perception- they'd have a lot less problem with desertion in the first place. Not sure they can legally. Or if it was ever intended as a practical suggestion as opposed to a sort of 'aspirational' idea intended to put pressure on Russia and pander to anti immigration types. Don't think it really worked at all in either respect if it was.
  25. Dispatch. Very good for a barely interactive cartoon, but a very uneven experience. The whole package is carried by a handful of amazingly written and well-animated character moments.
